I absolutely love the atmosphere and the friendly customer serve. I didn't end up buying a car from them this time around, but thanks to the excellent customer service and ease of working with Sheila Candy. I will definitely be doing business with them on the future and sending others their way.

Took my car into the shop there was a lot of damage in the front end, so I thought. I was told that on passenger side was seized. I need all new wheel barings, plus control arms, break pads, rotors, and much more. They charged me $750 for a piece of paper to tell me what was wrong with my car. Told me it was going to cost $5,500 to fix. I couldn’t afford that, so my car sat. Some months went down the down, and found someone who use to own a shop for over 20 years and specialized in breaks. Fixed my car for $1,300 which included labor. I didn’t need wheel barings, and the only reason my car was shaking so bad when I braked was just from my brake pads being really warn out. I had a headlight that needed replaced as well, some minor other work. But needless to say, I will never go back, overcharged me, try to say something else was wrong and I needed all these parts replaced, when I didn’t. Never again will go there!

chop shop. purchased a 2019 ram 1500 from hodges off the used lot had it for about year and half and decided to trade it in. come to find out when dealership I was trading into ran vin the truck came back as a total loss. after some research I found pictures of truck totaled out at auction lot along with what it was purchased for. I contacted hodges and talked personally to Jeff hodges after a week I finally received a response that they could not do anything about it. one would think they ran the vin when they took vehicle in and before putting it on lot but I was informed they knew nothing about it. Do your research if you buy here and better yet go somewhere else otherwise you may be stuck with a vehicle you can do nothing with but take loss. will never do business here again and will spread the word as much as possible.

I took my 2020 equinox in for service. Over the past couple of weeks, at least 4 times, the car has had no response while trying to pull out into traffic. It is one of those things that happens sporadically and I don't know when it will happen. There is no warning leading up to it. I pull out into traffic and it may or may not go. This is beyond dangerous and I'm potentially putting my life in danger with every attempt to pull out into traffic. I took it in for its routine oil change and tire rotation and to have it serviced for the no response at 8 in the morning. At 4:15 I called for an update as I had not heard from them yet and they close at 5. I was told that they took it for a ride and found nothing - of course as it only does it occasionally. I was told that the tires are " severely worn" and because it is an all wheel drive vehicle that could be the problem. My car has 31000 miles on it and had its tires rotated at every oil change at team hodges. Every time I get it back from them the paper work and sticker they put on the window has the tires marked in the green for good - not yellow and not red - even this time when I picked it up the sticker on the window has tires marked all green for good ?? When I picked it up they gave me a quote for new tires. I have researched this problem and it is a real thing with this vehicle. As a driver, you wait for an opportunity to safely pull out into traffic and get up to speed to avoid an incident. I guess I can only hope that I don't get killed or kill someone in an accident - Because I don't believe it could possible have anything to do with TIRES with 31000 miles on them.

Will never be back here again. My transmission was slipping so I brought my car back to Team Hodges where I purchased it because I have a warranty on my transmission. They told me that they could not find anything wrong with it after having my vehicle for 3 days and 4 techs driving it. The very next day after paying my $125 diagnostic fee (had to pay bc "nothing was wrong") I was going down the highway and all of the sudden I was unable to accelerate past 60mph with loud whining noises. Decided to take a video of this since "nothing was wrong" 18 hours prior LOL. You're better off taking your vehicles to Don Nester in Houghton Lake (which I did immediately), it's a little further but you won't have to deal with people who don't care about their customers and who will diagnose the problem correctly. Not to mention rip you off $125. Don't sell people warranties if you don't want to do warranty work, it's that simple!I would upload the video but Yelp doesn't have that capability

If you value your time, money and sanity avoid this dealership like the corona virus. I've bought and leased numerous vehicles in my 30 years of driving and my experience with Hodges was by far the worst.Key pointsBought a lemon from themLost money on it trading it in.After asking them to fix a leaky tire on the vehicle I traded the lemon for I was stuck with a flat tire two days later. They then address the issue by putting one new tire on the front with the 3 old.Asked to speak to the owner and was ignored multiple times.I'm a disabled vet looking forward to speaking with Chevrolet about these guys.
