It was so much cheaper than USPS...and actually got there faster..I had a bad experience with the Post Office not putting on correct address...returned to me and told me I had to pay again to ship it..

UPS delivered an empty package so I went to the distribution center and fortunately they were able to find item that was missing. Whether this happens regularly or not and whether they are regularly able to deliver items that come out the box they were shipped in or I was just lucky, I can't say. I'm giving the 4 stars because they were able to fin mine otherwise not so much.

Can't use QR code to print label here even though it states so on there website.

This location Needs to update their customer service hours online and with the rest of Michigan UPS. Every customer service representative has stated that the hours are correct according to online, however the sign out front states 3PM to 6PM Only

I had my RX rushed from Bristol Meyers. It's been 5 days and still haven't recieved it. What gives with you people.A snowflake falls from the sky and you call it inclement weather.Why not hire independent drivers with all wheel drive just for snow days.and

Am I able to return Amazon items at this location in West Branch? I haven't had any luck with the local hardware stores using a QR code, they don't have that ability. Thanks. I did try to contact UPS, but the automated system was fruitless.

Moved to current residence 3 years ago. Never had a negative experience with West Branch, MI UPS or any other UPS until fall of 2022. They left a cabinet at the end of our driveway. I told them we would like our packages left on front porch as they had been doing for almost 3 years. They said they would talk with driver. Since then every package that's been delivered, they leave at the garage side door. I am done dealing with today's workers. They don't care about customer service which isn't hard when you just have to leave it on the front porch. So I will not be contacting a useless office to try to fix their problem. I hopefully will not have to have home delivery from them very often.
