They dont deliver packages like they are supposed to they leave a note in mail box saying they attempted a delivery when in fact they didnt even brin it out for delivery they have cost me a couple hundred dollars in dead aquatic animals because of this this post office needs reworked or something as i have never never had issues with any other area i have lived in

I've had packages containing merchandise from Amazon in the mail delivered to a wrong address. PO gave me the address of delivery of whom never gives it back. PO says they can't be responsible for those issues. The postal worker caused the loss!Today, calling wb post office, the computer answering system lasted 4 minutes and then it said to give my info and someone would get back with me in 3 days! Also stated, waiting time to speak to a person was 25 minutes, I'm supposed to hang on the phone 25 min to talk to someone? I've had surgery and even though we were home the day the ticket was left, it stated that no one could sign, it was impt to ask if my husband could pick up the letter from the bank with my license. They must not want to answer and talk to customers, what a shame! In the meantime, I'm stressing over why "a bank" didn't say which bank, would send a certified letter!KRG, 10/24/23

Sue bent over backwards to make sure I got the service I needed and that I understood how to track my package. Have never gotten bad service here.
