Was looking for a new mechanic as my usual person retired...pulled in to have my wife's vehicle fixed in a snow storm was told no one could be bothered, and Bill (the only person I could talk to just left for lunch and couldn't be reached) tried to call several hours later to see if he was available and was told he was plowing and couldn't be bothered...Go somewhere they will respond and appreciate business. NOT HERE!
