It's three stars because one of the ladies there was kinda rude.
I was going in to get my inhaler and I had insurance and they put it in and I still had to pay full price when they said I didn't have to because my insurance is really good...
So I had to find an online coupon, and the lady was rude saying "You still have to pay full price." Like.. wait a second.. finding a coupon. I found a coupon and it took a lot off.

Omg I have never seen a pharmacy this retarded in my life. When u have questions or need to pick up scripts up. There's no one there. Or there temporary closed. They need to have back up and try to contact the patients to let them know if they're closing for a while. The pharmacy in west branch and the employees don't have any respect for there patients what so ever.

Spent 30 min on hold and was disconnected. Then spent 60 min on hold right after just for Cindy to tell me it will take a while to fill my script and that I should maybe come in the next day to pick it up, even though it was only a bottle of insulin that I needed that day. When I arrived, Cindy had no idea where to find it. I, the customer had to tell her it was in the fridge. Also heard Cindy call customers who call and referenced them as "stupid people" because the calls get disconnected, when I arrived. Drive thru is always backed up, in store always has a long line. By far the worst pharmacy experience I have ever had. Taking my business to Family Fare in Standish.

Take your business to Rite Aid, Walgreens employees lie. Walgreens need to replace all the pharmacy staff including all there Pharmacist aswell, I wish I could give them a negative rating!!I had Family Fare for years it was a shame they had to shut there doors, as they had the best pharmacy and staff in Ogemaw County.

Don't go get a COVID test here unless you don't want a quick response.....I am on day 8 and counting.....Walgreen's, my second case number is 807969652 if you want to improve, use this as your poster child.

It shouldn't take an hour on the phone to talk to the pharmacy and still get no one and then they fail to fill your prescription if you do. Pharmacy manager lacks a real world understanding of basic drug affects....
