Poor customer service. Lost prescriptions, lack of basic humanity. It's a pharmacy right? Go to Rite-Aid - their staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they go the extra mile to make sure they meet and/or exceed customer expectations.

Terrible customer service. Need eye drops for surgery. Staff kept saying they were ordered and coming in. Not available for my surgery. No compassion. No apologies. No customer service. Told me to find a pharmacy that carries medication..

We just moved to the state and decided to have my family RXs filled here. Big mistake!!! I couldn’t believe how rude the lady’s who work there are. The one man I dealt with was very nice but the good handful of times I met with the miserable ladys who works in the pharmacy. It’s totally unacceptable! If you hate the job that much then find somewhere else to work. No need to take your misery out on people who just want to get meds. It was always something everytime we went. On top of that you had to deal with the rude A$$ employees. We transferred all our scripts to rite aid and they are a lot nicer. They will get a good review and my future service because they choose to treat people with respect. I won’t ever be stepping in that store again.

The store seems ok but the pharmacy is beyond horrible. Most people I have dealt with there are absolutely IGNORANT and RUDE. Don't even know how to pronounce medication names let alone get an Rx correct. My husband was shorted 30 pills of his controlled substance. I am still waiting for a medication of mine to get back in stock for 5 DAYS now. You can't just tell someone oh well you can't take your meds now because they don't have it. 5 days!!!! The least they could've done was send it to another pharmacy who has it in stock. After this, I am done. Been a Walgreens customer for over 20 years and never had any issues until now. I will be taking my medications elsewhere hoping that another pharmacy can handle doing their job.

While waiting line at the pharmacy I got overhear the pharmacist yelling, practically screaming at the window at the drive up. “Sir I can’t get your script ready until tomorrow, you would stop yelling and listen you would hear that I walked in to date 200 scripts. It’s never acceptable to refill several days late. This is especially true if you’ve had all day, and part of the day before.This store clearly has too many patients, or too little will to pay enough of a wage to get employees here. Either way if you want medication go somewhere else

I would give this zero or one stars if I was judging only the pharmacy. I’m giving 2 stars because the young woman at the register for the rest of the store was polite and patient and efficient.But that pharmacy?? I got to listen to the pharmacist SCREAMING at someone through the drive thru about how busy she was and how she knew he had called his meds in yesterday but she was too busy to get them done today. She was rude, condescending, and made excuses.And to make it all worse? Everyone in the store could hear it. If I hadn’t been with someone else getting what they wanted at walgreens, I would have gone to rite aid across the street because of how terrible the pharmacist was behaving. That behavior was unprofessional, disgusting, and repelling.

This pharmacy by far the worst in west branch prescriptions usually take days to fill and the staff is mostly trainees and can be rude. I'm leaving this message so I can maybe help save some people a headache. Seriously ANY pharmacy in West Branch is better than here. Personally I'm switching to Walmart

Slowest rules pharmacy I have ever been too! Then to call they act like your bothering them today took the cake called at 1:19 was on hold 12 minutes lady came on the phone twice please hold well put me on hold long enough for them to go to lunch! Like I said rude people

Their pharmacy is the worst I have ever experienced!! Their workers are clearly not trained. I've called there after receiving numerous voicemails(in one day) about prescriptions that are delayed or out of stock to be told it will be filled that day. In person I've had numerous people not able to locate a med that had been filled, or don't understand something in their system. They've tried to refill a medication that was not even due to be refilled (that could be a system flaw), but it seems to happen quite often. Walgreens needs to update their system and train their workers.

Not sure what has happened to this place but it has gone down hill . We switched to Walgreens when Kmart closed and had really good customer service not much of a wait it was great . I’d say prolly in the last 8 months or longer the customer service is non existent , communication non existent . I was in there today to get my husbands script that should have been ready yesterday . He had a total of 3 of them but one wasn’t suppose to be ready till today so when I picked up scripts yesterday they told me two was ready . Not thinking anything of it left and realized the one he has been out of for two weeks I thought was one of the ones I was picking up yesterday wasn’t in the bag . So I go back in today to pick one up for my son and the one I didn’t get the day before . So the girl says one is ready and asked for a birthday so that tells me it’s my sons . So I asked her could you tell me what the hold up is which the day before they should have informed me there is a hold up on it which it was something to do with insurance but just cashes me out and sends me on my way . So I voiced that they should have said something the day before and she’s says there will be a 15 minute wait to take a seat on this script and I reply I don’t have time will have to come back she reply’s what ever . So this is the kind of people that this place has working . I know I’m not the only unsatisfied customer just from talk around town so yes you have lost another customer .
