Affordable, high quality mattresses. Owner helped with making our decisions, and the mattresses are organized in a reasonable manner to make trying them out easier. The two delivery men were competent and very kind. Thanks West Branch Furniture Outlet.

We've bought s few things from here before. Mattresses and living room furniture. We were looking for an accent chair this time. All they had were recliners so we had to go elsewhere. On past experience they have always been very helpful and friendly.

I couldn't have asked for better customer service we bought a lift chair had it a few days and my husband didn't like it they came right out and picked it up then spent time with me to help pick out two chairs that would fit nicely in the area I have for them. Whiĺe doing so they talked and chatted making me feel comfortable, the delivery men were great also. I will highly recommend them.

Floyd and I have always purchased from West Branch Furniture Outlet- we have bought 3 sets of mattresses, a living room
Pit, an Adjustable Bed, End Tables and most recently a complete living room ( 2 weeks ago)including a couch and two reclining chairs. I asked for mine to be swivel as it’s just more convenient for me to turn towards whoever is talking so my phone ( that translates) can pick up the words.
Nancy was accommodating and said yes of course I can get that with swivel. After 6 weeks I finally got my chair!! Omg it didn’t swivel it glides 😳🤦🏻♀️
It’s NOT SAFE for me! It slides backwards about 6-7 inches and completely throws off my balance when I’m trying g to stand up. I gave myself 3 days to try to maneuver myself but I was unable to get up without having Floyd stand next to me and kinda hold the chair steady.
😢😢😢Certainly took away any attempt at my Independence!
Day 3 we go into the store… THEY REFUSED TO TAKE IT BACK😡😳
We just gave them over 2000.00! Nancy was completely unsympathetic and refused to offer any kind of compensation, apology or anything.
I’ll tell you for the first time since my Cancer i feel VICTIMIZED! I am beyond upset.
I feel taken advantage of.. had Nancy Fournier told me it was going to be turned into a GLIDER I would have Not agreed to that. There’s a Huge difference between the two! I left the store in tears. I said I am DISABLED- This chair is unsafe and she couldn’t care less. As a matter of fact she Fking walked away from both Floyd and I. 😡🤷🏻♀️ I felt deceived! I would NEVER had ordered a Glider!!
Do Not give them your $$$
We left there ( me crying as now I have no chair to sit in) drove straight to Idzidor Furniture and I found the perfect chair for me. We brought it home the same day. It doesn’t swivel but I’ll manage.
Anybody want to buy a very nice chair? Smoke free home

I did my due diligence on first, finding the sleeper sofa that I wanted and secondly, price shopping. I found 3 different furniture stores with the same sleeper at 3 different prices. The higher priced one was a large chain and I ruled out because of distance. Even though I had never done business with Furniture Warehouse, I decided to find out why their price was so much lower, even with all the advertised Memorial Day sales by the other 2 stores.
It may have had the smaller footprint but it outshined the other furniture stores. No hard sell for commission, friendly and had a large selection displayed. They may not have had “hundreds” of living room sets displayed but they did have a sample to test out of a huge variety of sofas. After only a few minutes of looking, I was approached by a sales woman, Nancy, who quickly located the one I was inquiring about. She answered my questions and explained the different types of financing available. She was extremely pleasant, personable and efficient. She went over pricing and much to my surprise, the prices were slightly lower than shown on the website. Because of the lower price, I now had to funds to add an end table to my order of a Queen size sleeper sofa, oversized chair and ottoman.
Even though there was a holiday weekend to deal with, I only had 2 week wait for my items to be delivered. I was extremely pleased with my new furniture and the 2 delivery men. They were very friendly, took care with not only my new furniture but were careful not to damage anything when moving the old out and the new in. They asked about placement of the new furniture and verified it was just how I wanted it. They showed me how to open and close the sleeper and went over the care of my new set.
I would definitely recommend the West Branch Furniture Outlet to all my friends and will make this store my go to store for all future furniture purchases.

A great place to buy a mattress ♥️ They have a great selection of Serta mattresses and cover the gamut of prices, styles and comfort levels. They answered all our questions and let us take our time in lying on them, and offer financial options. We would highly recommend.

Went to get a new mattress we were looking to go bigger so we were looking for a bedroom set. Went in and spoke to a male sales rep. We wanted to look around more so we said we would come back. Fast forward 2 weeks and we went back for the mattress only. Had a female sales rep who was NOT nice. Not helpful and did not honor what the first sales guy said/promised. Ended up with just a mattress due to no other choice. Beware of the sales people in this store. They are NOT in the same page and do not honor what they say

Needed a mattress for my cottage. Searched for a place within 45 miles to buy one. This store showed up in search results. Snooped their website for about 15 min (gasp!!! They had prices!). After looking at a few stores nearer to me and finding what I liked, I decided to make the 30 min drive to see what exactly the quality was here. I told salesperson I wanted a bed for my cottage that wasn’t top of line nor bottom of the line. Response was “we have no bottom of the line, but here are some options”. I found exactly what I wanted, comparable to the two other stores I visited and it was half the price. Delivery was also less. AND THEY DELIVERED IT THE SAME DAY!!! I’m laying on my new mattress as I type this and am pleased. Sales staff were chatty and helpful and zero pressure. It’s set up like a warehouse, don’t expect fancy schmancy…. But do expect to find good prices and quality items.
