My 1st time taking my Yorkie it was a good visit..except when picking her up after her dental...she is afraid of strangers and the way they were passing her around at nurses station bothered me...then the following year their prices have doubled for dentals.. unfortunately I can no longer afford dentals...

They are very friendly and nice. You don't get taken advantage of there like other vets(money wise). Dr. Stein was great with Caroline even though she was scared and she also took care of my rabbit. Highly recommend!

The Vets and associates are caring, competent, and thorough.
Short term boarding is also available for a variety of sizes of pets.

This Vet sent me a survey to fill out and I did just that, told them exactly how I felt on issues I had over the years with my (2) Boston Terriers and how I felt how they handled things with over charging me. One of the things was my one Boston's was bothering with her one ear. Called to get her in and they told me that would be a Urgent care appointment Ok so give me an appointment than I am told it is $30.00 more and they could not get me in for a week. So I am being charged more and have to wait a week WOW. The bill for them to tell me she had an ear infection with a test and medicine cost me $207.00. Another time took my Boston in to be fixed, she had just had her cycle and was just over it and did not bleed the whole day before or on the ride over there but when I was getting ready to eave her there she dropped ONE spot of blood on the table and was told because she did that it was ANOTHER $75.00. The list goes on so instead of calling me and discussing my issues on a survey that they sent me to fill out and answer honestly , they called and told me they were closing my account and I would have to take my dogs elsewhere. Well ya know what I am sure that there is another vet around that would love to take care of my dogs that would not come up with all these ridiculous added charges. So be very careful when you fill out THEIR survey because if you have complaints they don't want to hear them, they will just close your account. I am glad they did that, they are WAY overpriced anyways. Can't wait to hear their response on this survey and their lies to show they were in the right.

Brought my senior dog here unexpectedly due to a limp. We had never been here before, the staff was friendly and I was able to get an appointment same day. The vet didn’t try to order tests or X-rays not needed. I would recommend this vet if you need a new vet or for an emergency situation.

Friendly Dr. but they still make you wait in the parking lot like Covid is still an issue. You have to call from your vehicle when you arrive.
