Self Storage in West Olive, MI

“I had the pleasure of meeting Randy, the General Manager of Prestige Storage in West Olive Michigan, and his wife Robin, also with Prestige, yesterday. As we were moving out of our storage unit, my wife, son and I were loading mattresses, with a dolly, up the ramp and onto the bed of our rented U- Haul truck. Randy and his wife were some five units down from us, at another unit. As I backed halfway up the ramp with the first mattress and dolly, my knees gave out and I collapsed backwards onto the ramp, with the dolly and mattress fslling on top of me, and literally crushing me. My wife, son and I couldn't get the dolly with the heavy mattress off of me. My back and knee was severely injured from the fall and I was in big trouble. I was screaming in pain and as I looked to my side, I luckily saw Randy and Robin. I screamed please, please help me. Randy immediately responded, coming to my rescue. He quickly got the mattress and dolly off of me and picked me up off the ramp. Now, my wife is battling cancer and is very weak, and my son is autistic. We had four mattresses to load, and with my injuries, I now couldn't manage the move. I offered Randy money if he would help us load the mattresses. He refused, and this kind hearted gentlemen offerred to load the mattresses himself, as well as load another half dozen heavy boxes and the heavy bed frames. If not for Randy, I would have been crushed under the dolly and heavy mattress, and we wouldn't have been able to load the remaining contents in the unit. Randy even followed up with a phone call several hours later, just to check in on me and ask how I was doing. I want to tell the public and any potential West Olive Prestige Storage Unit customer, that this man is of exceptional character and so very kind hearted. I HIGHLY recommend Randy and Robin, as Peestige's management and excellent customer-first service team!
