On a weekly basis I call ahead of time and ask if they have a specific taquito, they say yes, I order it. 7 out of 10 times they give me a different one that I ordered. Even though I called ahead check if they had it and told them I will be ordering it, it's like they purposely go out of their way to piss on my parade. I hate this store

If I could given no stars I would. I went in tonight and the girl working had a serious adittude problems. Charged me almost 2 dollar to refill MY OWN CUP! Never have I ever been charged that much at a 7 eleven to refill my own cup! Today's date is July 29th, 2024. She was so rude! Told me if I didn't like her adittude then to not come back. That was uncalled for and poor customer service.

This is a very dirty store. You can see the garbage from underneath all the machines and all the food shelves. Front of all the cabinets are nasty. You stick to the floor when you walk through. Always only one person working how are they supposed to clean the store and run the store at the same time.

This store was nasty and it had an awful smell…..as soon as I walked in I seen old balled up used napkins on the floor,when I came to the counter with my items I noticed that there was spilled dried up slurpee on the counter as well as old dried up chili…..I told the young man at the cash register but he basically just shrugged his shoulders…..I will not be going back there

The old White man that works at night is a con artist im to pregnant to argue my total came out to $17.24 he did something on his end of the computer and my total went down to $13 n like $.86 after I had already handed him $18 and he only gave me $.76 back he’s doing something making side money this is not the first time he’s done this to me
