Got three tow trucks sent to my house and they were all the wrong one I asked for. I asked for a small tow truck and they keep bringing gigantic fucking trucks four times now still don't have my car towed.

Extremely unprofessional specially dealing with David Sciriha. They are very late with responses . No email communication . Would not reply to urgent emails in days. Also they cancel insurance without notification. They don’t care about lapse on your insurance record and don’t take responsibility and will not renew your policy to hide their deficits. Rude and unprofessional behavior , they will put you at risk like this and then respond they get busy and can’t communicate with everyone. I didn’t know until I emailed and kept asking them . Response in days . Extremely extremely risky getting insurance from them and dealing with them . I would ? ask you to avoid them and trouble they can get you in. David Sciriha has been a very huge disappointment .

Wanted to inquire about some policy changes and our agents office is several miles away so we stopped by the Westland AAA office.Sue greeted us, took the time to answerer all our questions and shared some great tips on how to save money. She made all the changes for us and even called the next day to follow up! We would definitely recommend this office.Thank you Sue for such great customer service!!

I've been with this AAA Agent for about 12 years and with AAA for about 47 years, so you could say I have a long term commitment to AAA and this Agent.What I have noticed is while everything is going smoothly they are very responsive. But, when their is a problem they become non-responsive to THEIR CUSTOMERS TO THE POINT I'm about to cancel the insurance on my four (yes, that is correct- FOUR vehicles). I have been waiting for Rob to call me, and despite multiple calls to April I have only received one call back, which I missed. This totally unacceptable behavior from a businessman!I would suggest to other customers, to price compare other Agencies and Ins Companies before they sign up. Also, "Trust But Validate" performance and customer feedback before you sign up for ANY service!

I called here every day for a week trying to contact my agent for help. I left messages every day with my name and number to contact me. I finally got ahold of April Wilson on Friday. She provided no help to me and told me that my policy must be payed in full after my debit card expired and my auto pay stopped working, and I was waiting for a new card due to covid. I made a over the phone payment before this and was told my policy wouldn't be affected and it was good until the next payment. Then April wilson began to send me to voice-mail after I tried to call her back to figure it out. I ended up having to call corporate to solve my simple issue that I couldn't stop if I wanted. I am very unsatisfied and recommend going through a diffrent AAA agent.
