Started a new lease last yr on a washer n dryer last year. Problems with delivery man being so fat he couldn’t hook up properly so it flooded. Mike took care of the issue only after I got on the app and sent a message to higher ups and they made him.

Had ask Mike for an oversized recliner chair never got it. Called back several weeks later and said if he couldn’t get the chair how about a nice dual leather recliner? Never got that either.
Now that I had two payments left so of course they pulled early throwing it off and causing me to have to borrow the entire amount to get rid of this problem.
The only good part. Mike wouldn’t even come out of his back office when I came to pay off my lease and be done.
Tony was more than professional, apologetic and even offered me the oversized chair I wanted but to late I went to Gardner White and from now on that’s who gets my money.
If you’re going to deal with this business go to Tony. Tell him Deb recommended him.
Ghee happy Thanksgiving without being able to have a spread thanks to this garbage.
Hopefully the bosses read this because I’m a huge contributor on google and have had over 5 hundred thousand views and apparently people listen to me.

Our relationship started out great, until I was late on a payment, never once was I over 30 days late, every single time I communicated when the payment will be made. Tony is a terrible manager, I am sending my couch and TV back solely due to his and his general managers business practices. I get called seven times in a row from the store, which I'm happy to provide screenshots of, I spoke to Tony 5 days ago to confirm that my payment will be made on September 4th, I just got an aggressive angry call from the general manager stating that I don't call to say when my payment is going to be made when I'm late, essentially blaming the customer because his store manager Tony can't write things down properly and this has happened at least three times. I've had the couch since April, at this point I'm taking my experience to corporate, I truly hope this saves anyone else the experience that I've had.
I could understand if a customer did not communicate with you and was late, but the experience that I have had and the amount of calls that I've gotten, all of it is uncalled for.
I'm sending all of the equipment I got back from Aaron's, do yourself a favor and don't come to this store. Not even credit card companies harass you like this.
I'm going to compile all my screenshots, and do my best to provide feedback to hope that you gentlemen are coached so you can act like adults in the business world instead of angry children.

The store employees are very unprofessional I never received my purchase but was still charged I contacted them I they said 3 to 5 days I'll receive my money I believe they did this on purpose because I canceled the order SMH
