No one ever picks up the phone!!!! It just rings then it hangs up after the voice system says, I'm sorry no one is available to answer the phone. Can't even leave a voice message.

I had an amazing experience at this Westland location the staff was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and entertaining while assisting me with my phone upgrade. They answered all my questions, explained my options clearly, and even helped me transfer all my data seamlessly at the comfort of my home. (I had a lot information on my old phone that I needed for my business) The customer service was a great, the guy Pablo kept me entertained as he handled all my concerns, and I never felt rushed or pressured. The store was clean, people were personable and they had a great selection of devices and accessories. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great service and a hassle-free phone shopping experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I was at The Warren Rd., Westland location today a wonderful gentleman named Pablo helped my daughter and I buy a new iPhone for her 16th birthday. He was super wonderful very efficient, friendly and honest I will definitely come back to AT&T because of Pablo.

Came in there for a case for my iPhone and the guy Pablo sold me on a whole new phone within like 5 minutes! He was really good and knowledgeable and didn't let me walk out with less than I deserved.
