I went to this autozone that is near my house to ask them to scan my car because I have a light on on the dashboard and they did not provide me with the service. I do not think he will come back. Fortunately there are several Autozone in the city.

I went into your wayne rd store today to buy a set of windshield wipers and when I asked the young man if he could also install them for me as they have done so before he said no because it was too cold,at first I thought he was joking with me but he was very serious so I said thanks anyway I will go somewhere else to buy them and he said ok,as you know there is an advanced auto a couple of doors away from this location and they had no problem taking care of the installation so they got my business and will again.

Terrible customer service, didn't catch buddys name but was very rude, didn't know much, and refused to come outside and scan my vehicle. Avoid this location and save yourself the trouble and go to Advanced.

I was the victim of racism by an elderly man. And the other colleagues laughed. Terrible person to put in charge. The advertisement says that the battery is changed if we buy it there but it is NOT true. I asked for my money back.
If you keep the old man, he will ruin their business.

I try to stay out of auto stores. And yet another great experience. What was on clearance there weren't in the proper aisles of course so overspent and when you try to ask any of the non-busy people there they just look at you like you're bothering them and they act like finding your part is just above you. I don't understand because there's never really anybody that busy when I go in there and they're over employed so why do I feel stupid spending $143 on overpriced stuff with attitude about help just if you can avoid it going on your bad mood otherwise they may take you for your money 0

Very rude…. I came in very nicely and patiently waiting for someone’s help. The guy who helped me started off nice…. Then once we went out to the car I tried explaining what was going on, he kept cutting me off and talking over me, talking to me like I’m dumb. Now, keep in mind I’m not 100% when it comes to cars but he could’ve came nicely and correct. He fixed it no problem I appreciate him but next time listen before you try and be handy Mandy.

Ok Auto zone.. it's your turn. Smh. Hey, why don't you guys stop selling repair kits that don't work. At least get a return policy. This is the second time I've spent over $20 at this place for something that doesn't even work. On top of that.. your employee gave wrong information about the product. I don't know if he was just trying to secure the sale or what. But I still had to go buy something else to even try this repair kit, which uses glue, and doesn't say on the box that I'll need a loosening agent for it. Nor did the employee tell me.. if he even knew. However, it was opened already so there's nothing they can do. That's funny. The other auto zone on Van Born (this review is for them all).. sold me a random paint pen to repair a scratch, when on another trip there, I see a whole different isle with nothing but paint pens, which no one bothered to mention before. This isle has cheaper pens AND the color to match for each specific vehicle. Just poor customer service at it's worst. You don't even know the products in your own store?!?! I don't know these products, you do. Clearly for no reason. Maybe suggest the cheaper option which is also the better product?! No it's all about getting people's money. I'll be trying out Midas, Advanced Auto, and any other auto place I can find. It will NOT be auto zone. -1 stars
