Gym would be so much better if the gym had cold water!!! So annoying working out and having to drink hot water and then they charge you for a water bottle

At one point I had signed up for training on top of my monthly membership but because of a sudden drop in hours at work and dealing with some injuries, I had to stop doing it and got behind and I asked numerous times for them to work with me and to top it all off they just charged my card without permission and now i have to go an entire week without being able to do anything for myself because they ran my card for basically my entire paycheck. I don't want to come back at this point.

Been coming to this gym since they opened. Within the last 2 years, Constantly getting new managers that change rules. They don't enforce actual rules like getting on messing members and racking weights, or kids playing around yet come bother me when I'm doing cleans on the platform with the bumpers weights because it makes noise when it hits the ground. Current Managers don't even know what the equipment is for. Down hill

Great gym. Went in the evening and there was plenty of machines and weights available. It is smaller than the Ypsilanti location, but it's more than big enough to accommodate the people who are there.

Extremely confused by the cancelation policy, I've been a member since 2018 and needed to cancel due to financial concerns. The individuals there were not helpful/didn't really understand the policy. A manager has to be present for a cancelation. It says in the contract you can cancel in person as well when you leave a written request to do so.
I was told you have to sign other things when this occurs. I asked how that works when you cancel by certified mail, and received a shrug and that they were not a manager. Helpful enough to find me a contract to see what I needed to do, not so helpful as far as the steps necessary to cancel. I should also mention I'm not currently in contract, and pay an elevated fee monthly to do so.

Staff does not communicate effectively and truthfully. I wanted to cancel my membership and I was mislead into freezing my account. Then was charge $59.99. The General Manager was no help. And, apparently there’s no other number to call. I’m done with Crunch. Edge is a way better gym anyways.

Broken machines everywhere. Pressing machines broken. Most cable machines broken. I’ve been lifting for 22 years and have never seen a gym with so much broken and unusable equipment. I can take my membership somewhere that respects their facility and customers. I may cancel my membership after this visit.

The place is always clean, the people were nice. Management seen walking around the place to keep it clean and move equipment back when people don't. 10/10

Jacob as the newer GM and the rest of the staff have made the gym great again. Always leave stuff around and never fail to find it up there with them, place is clean and equipment is always being maintained. Would suggest anyone to make this their primary gym.

The general manager is very rude and tries to act like he owns the gym. I would never get a membership there If that's how guests are treated.
