They have made improvements requested. Many of the locks and mechanisms were rusted shut. That has been repaired. The unit itself is clean and dry.

Decent. Secure . There are accommodating they give you a free lock. It’s pretty nice place on the inside. Basic all you need really. But you need some crates or pallets to lift yourself off the ground. And maybe a broom or two lol

I'm an African American woman whom needed a good safe storage facility in Michigan and when I walked into this business I tell you they were two of the nicest ladies that I've met in 2024 they showed me the storage units that I wanted to see they reassured me of the safety of the Facility and explain everything to me as we went through our contract if you are looking for a good storage facility with good customer service of people who take the time out to treat you as a customer then check this place out it's worth getting a storage unit This facility also gives you a lock at no extra cost and the units are affordable and spacious, luv it
