Their registers were down today, and the two employees kept calm and tried to help customers any way they could. I was impressed that they tried so many solutions and remained customer service friendly. Thomas was the shift manager and a woman was on duty, too.

Worst experience, to reach the human operator it takes 20 mins after all kinds of virtual assistant non sense After 48 hours also, still they say check mychart for covid test results and other pharmacies are giving results on the same day, 3rd day morning also still they say check mychart don't waste your time

OMG. I am never taking my prescriptions to CVS again. I never called to have my prescription refilled - THEY decided it was time to refill it and then proceeded to send me threatening text messages every single day with some kind of armageddon count down warning me to pick it up or else. What a bunch of crap. I am the one who decides when I need my order filled NOT YOU! Then when I finally have time to pick it up before they send the hit squad out for me I stand at the counter for 15 minutes while the three of them do who knows what all over the store EXCEPT wait on me. "I'll be with you in a minute" DOES NOT make it okay after you have been threatening me to come in there for the past 5 days.
