Been on hold twice 15 minutes each time only to be sent to drs voicemail when immot the Dr. The girl at the front told me the customer inside the store is priority over phone calls! I'm definitely going to different pharmacy from now on!!

This the worst cvs I've ever been to. They staff are completely rude when asked any questions. And when they don't have an answer so you'll go away they lie without blinking an eye. This cvs desperately needs corporate oversight.

After visiting 7+ stores trying to get a passport photo this was the winner. Although they were having equipment issues as well, the manager helped out and made sure the picture turned out perfect. Thank you!!

Rude people. They don't let people talk. Only one cashier is nice, but people from pharmacy don't make their job on a nice way. Never nice or smiling.

Excellent customer service! The pharmacist are both very good people. Without going into details; when working with C1, C2, medications the pharmacy team knows what they are doing.

I don't normally frequent this CVS, but it was on my errand route and I needed some items. Joel, the new store manager helped me find whhat I was looking for and make use of a 40% off coupon. As I was checking out, Joel started to explain another "savings" service offered by CVS where I pay monthly to save money. I explained that I didn't use CVS that often and so it did not seem worth it to me. He countered by stating that: "everyone comes to CVS at least twice a month." Well, I guess that I am not "everyone".I understand all of this. Joel is new and he wants to make sales. That's his job and I do not fault him for that. However, when I explained my reason(s) for saying no, he proceeded to insult me and told me: "I don't believe a word you are saying". Well, Joel, it doesn't matter what you believe because I will definitely be avoiding your store in the future. In fact, I think it might be time to go back to Rite-Aid.

Stopped here because I needed a money order. I just had a dental procedure and was in an immense amount of pain. After waiting for the cashier, Barb, to finish up her personal conversation with the customer in front of me, who was apparently her friend, and was so happy to see her, who's transaction had been completed for a number of minutes, Barb must have finally noticed the frustration on my face, because she paused from talking to her friend and said, "I can help you right here".Her friend moved but they kept talking while I told her what I needed and she asked me questions.After saying goodbye to her friend, she asked me again the amount I needed, only to tell me she was out of money orders and she had to call a manager.I almost left right then, but figured waiting another minute after I had already been waiting wouldn't kill me.Well I should've just left because after waiting for the manager, I was told, or overhead I should say, that the machine was broken and had been for awhile.Thanks for nothing but being rude and inconsiderate CVS.When you have a line of people, serving them should come before chitchatting with old friends.
