Their automated system is terrible. I can never actually talk to a pharmacy representative and I always have to wait for a call back. Very frustrating. As a homecare nurse I have to assist patients with meds all day and no other pharmacy makes someone wait an hour or more to discuss a medication. There are hundreds of great local pharmacies instead of these big box money hungry places. I do NOT recommend.

I stopped here to use the bathroom. I asked the woman with the cheap wig on her head if they had a bathroom. I was polite. She looked at me then pointed. That's terrible customer service.

Once again, the new kids at the pharmacy are great… but the older ladiesWho have worked there long enough to understand customer service and sick peopleAnd our old enough to understand not to talk about customers while they’re standing right in front of themThey’re also not know how to say good morning thank you and good night yet they don’tAnd as usual today was no differentNo text message and gossiping behind the counter about customerI suppose because I have cancer they think my ears don’t work or my eyes …but every time I come in there they’re always laughing and googling at me ( jealous, maybe) but regardless It must because I’m a cancer patient or maybe it’s because they don’t know how to do their job properlyEither way the woman in the JibedCannot seem to be pleasant, and cannot seem to send me a message when my medication is refilledOr I get new medicationI’m not a snowflake and I’m not offendedThat’s just their natureBut a lot of your customer service is sufferingAnd you're customer care & serviceOnce again, I’m sure you won’t send me a coupon or I’m sorry or anything like that but I will continue to try to review every time one of these women shows me how little they care about their customers and how they care about cancer or any other diseaseSincerelyLaura Daley Adamczak

Dangerous & irresponsible pharmacy staff! My sleeping pill dose was doubled by what i thought was my doctors office on accident, but i just received a phone call from this location letting me know that it was not a mistake made by my doctor but by their pharmacy! They gave me double my prescribed sleeping pill dose without even so much as mentioning it! I changed doctors because i thought this was my doctors mistake. I came in last weekend to get my prescriptions and they asked for clarification on the dosage- i told them and they gave me the correct dose as well as the double dose AGAIN! The woman who called to let me know the mistake was their responsibility had very little remorse and wrote it off as “ human error” i could’ve overdosed or worse in front of my children had i not noticed that the dose was doubled before i took it. The dose they gave me was 600 MG 1-2 times a day, and anything over 600 MG of said drug in a 24 hour period is considered an overdose!

The pharmacist at this location is heartless and reckless. She was extremely rude and refused to fill my husband’s prescription, even though the doctors office sent a script. My husband has adrenal insufficiency, and it is extremely dangerous for him to not have his medication but she did not care. The store manager who looked like a gay clown had the audacity to come over and act like I was the problem. CVS needs to work on hiring more competent people that actually take pride in their appearance if they want customers to take them seriously. I will not be back at this location and I will make sure none of my family or friends go here either.

I LOVE SEEING HEATHER THERE WHEN IM AT CVS. SHE ALWAY HAS A SMILE ON HER FACE AND HAS A GREAT PERSONALITY. SHE IS THE ONE THAT ALWAYS HELPS ME AT THIS STORE. I SEE HOW CRAZY BUSY IT GETS, AND SHE ALWAYS REMAINS CALM AND GIVES GREAT SERVICE. THIS GIRL NEEDS A RAISE!!!!
