I’m posting this for the pharmacy: I’ve always had a wonderful experience with whoever was at the front desk or drive-through. Courteous and polite, even when the line is getting long and the pressure is on them.

This review is for the pharmacy not the store. I've never had an issue with the pharmacy until this new group of employees that is there now. I noticed there's a whole new crew from some months ago. My visit yesterday and today left me feeling very disheartened. The lady who checked me out at the pharmacy today (Brittany) so rude for no reason. After I mentioned her attitude her demeanor changed a little bit but the fact that she acted that way from the beginning is really sad. I'm not sure if it was some type of defense mechanism because she thought that I would be rude to her first or what. But after these two visits; I will continue to shop at this location because everyone in the front has been very kind and pleasant but I will no longer use this Pharmacy.

The pharmacy staff on Cherry Hill are rude and have no idea how to.talk to customers. I will be switching to another pharmacy.

Fill your prescription somewhere else. There’s problems everytime I walk into this place. I have a question about my medication being bad, they talk to me like stupid. While I’m talking to one lady the other two lady’s are whispering about me behind the counter. It’s disrespectful. And from reading the reviews I’m not the only one who’s experienced this. Save yourself the headache and go to Meijer or anywhere else.

I really enjoy the fact that CVS is in the community of which I live, I really love the discounts that I received over the last couple of months, and I hope that they will always be available in our community. Thank you.

I was told that I didn't have any refills on one particular heart medication months ago, decided to go online today and refill it myself because I clearly had three refills and it wouldn't let me auto fill so I had to do it manually.

I attempted to have a prescription transferred from my current pharmacy to CVS. The person I spoke with in the pharmacy had to be the RUDEST person ever. If you hate your job that much find something else. Needless to say I canceled the transfer and went elsewhere. There's no need to be rude.

There is one really rude girl who works in the pharmacy. Brittany, maybe? I don't know, but I am sorry I had to walk in and grab my meds with a Goodrx coupon that day. I have switched pharmacies and am so much happier.
The one star is for the RPH Erica, who was always extremely kind and helpful.

The pharmacy in store doesn’t even deserve one star but that’s the only way you can write a review. The pharmacy staff needs to get some manners and learn how to be courteous. You people work with the public and if you don’t like to work with the public then find another job, perhaps in a room by yourself.

I was in store 3 days ago to pick up prescription I thought I had a extra discount on a prescription they checked I didn’t have a discount that’s fine so I say to her fine no problem I’ll pay the $20 then with a horrible attitude the worker shouts at me to get back in line I was already at counter talking to me like I’m a child so unprofessional if workers a having a bad day stay home customers just want to take care of their business and leave
