This world is so wrong these days. My daughter and I was shopping and all the sudden she felt sick and asked to use the bathroom and now all the sudden they don’t have one. Bs some people really don’t care about people in need

My online orders are prepared swiftly. The clerks are polite, professional, and very helpful. The store seems to be well-stocked. I'm very happy with my experiences at is store, thus far.
I stopped shopping at a different CVS (at Joy & Newburgh) because of multiple incidents with a very rude and unprofessional clerk (after shopping there for 18 yrs.). Management didn't seem to be concerned about the issue.
My rating at this CVS solely based upon my shopping experiences. I don't use the pharmacy.

Incorrect information over medication insurance recommendation. Pushing their own brand with higher costs, don't expect medication rejection or return.

I left a different CVS (Store #8176 on Joy & Newburgh Rd.) where I've shopped for many years, due to the lack of professionalism on multiple occasions and the response from management after it was reported. The store has a new team with less than average work ethic.
However, I've had very good experiences at this particular CVS. This store isn't as close to my home as the other one, but I refuse to shop at a store where my business isn't valued. My online orders are prepared swiftly. The clerks have been professional, courteous, and helpful (going above and beyond at times). I've only had the online order experiences at this store. I hope the customer service remains consistent. If it doesn't, I will have to switch to Walgreens this time.

I have been a CVS customer for many years. In that time I have consistently received prompt, courteous, and professional service. Prices are reasonable, and with their rewards program, I enjoy significant savings (saved 60% just today). I am happy to give them my unqualified recommendation.

I have been a loyal customer at this Store for 20+ years and I get all my prescriptions filled at this location. Today I needed two cases of water and I am not able to lift them because of spinal stenosis and I am facing spinal surgery. I asked if she would help me get two cases and put them in my car. They refused, ( another employee was standing there) reasoning was they were the only two employees working. If this is how you treat your loyal customers I am taking my business elsewhere.

I enjoy going to CVS I never worry about them being out of whatever I want they keep their stock in good shape floors and the counters are always clean and best of all I like the coupons they send me that makes it a real treat thank you CVS and keep the good work up

Placed an order online for a 16x20 poster. I picked up my order and what was supposed to be 16x20 was actually 16.25x24 I would later find out. I went back inside and asked if they could measure it because I knew the size was incorrect. They said they did not have anything to measure it with but they offered to cut it. BUT how will they know where to cut it since they don’t have any way to measure? I told them I’d cut it at home where I could measure it myself. A complete waste of money on a poster I had to cut MYSELF at home because they can’t do it correctly.

The pharmacy was very rude and did not tell me to wait or did not acknowledge I was standing there waiting on them. I did not want to argue because I'm at the pharmacy because I do not feel good. My whole family will change our pharmacy to Walgreen for better service.
