I had a return with the wrong receipt and I was treated as if I stole it. Blk or female thing!!!, I was pissed! I found my receipt and went back, I got treated with the respect I should have received the first time I was in the store. I shop at this business regularly. I was offended. Keep the racists in the stock room please

They auto refill my prescriptions and call me several times a day which is annoying. I finally get a chance to pick up the prescriptions and the young dark haired boy with a black hat on says my fsa card won't go thru and doesn't know how to type in the card. I told him there is plenty of money on it and its their card reader but he just looks dumbfounded at me. I left the prescriptions and will be switching to Walgreens asap as this isn't the first time I've had problems getting my prescriptions filled. I don't have time for their poor customer service. Everyone go to Sam's Club or Walgreens if you value your time and money.

Your pharmacist KEVIN is awsome. He explained everything and gives a painless injection. You should be lucky to have him on your team.

I'm offended by constantly be asked to pay $5 a month to be some kind of "special customer". Also the small coupons sent to my email trying to lure me to send more money, then trying to say the coupon doesn't show up in their system. It's dishonest and disrespectful.

I was with this pharmacy for a while and had many problems with them. The main pharmacist, an older Indian woman is very rude and argumentative and talks over you and lies. But the worst incident was when my leg was shattered in a car accident. I have two rods the length of my thigh in my leg and a bunch of screws. I am in agonizing pain. After my hospital stay I was sent home with a prescription for oxycodone. It was a Friday afternoon and my insurance required an authorization from my doctor. It didn’t come in time and the insurance company closed for the weekend so no way to get my prescription approved until Monday. By now I was in agony from the pain. I said I’ll buy it in cash. She wouldn’t let me. When you pay cash the price is a little less than the insurance price. She was denying me my pain medication because she didn’t want to sell it for a few bucks less than she could charge the insurance company. My prescription was called in to the pharmacy by the hospital so I couldn’t go somewhere else. I was in so much pain I had to be taken to the ER for pain medication. After spending all night in the ER they sent me home the next day with a couple days’ worth of pain pills in my hand. I called around several pharmacies and was told by all that you have every legal right to pay out of pocket for your prescription and not use your insurance. Some people’s co-pay is more than what it would cost to just pay cash so people pay out of pocket. That evil woman knew the agony I was in but didn’t care and didn’t let me get my pain pills so she wouldn’t have to sell it a couple bucks cheaper. What kind of person is so heartless to see someone in that condition and lie to them and refuse to give them their pain medication so they don’t have to sell it a few bucks cheaper? That’s why she lied that i had to use my insurance. I transferred all my prescriptions elsewhere.

Aloha!!!
I went in CVS because I participate in the $5 a month loyalty thingy. I use to get monthly emails reminding me of my $10 dollar off coupon. So for last 4 months I haven’t been getting my reminders hence for my reason for going to CVS. The Employee looked me up and helped me out and found that was still active.
So I’m saying all this to say that without my monthly email reminders I missed out and wasted money🤦🏾♀️
I wish monies transferred over if goes unused.
I did take advantage of the 75%off table tho😆made out really well with 2bags only having to pay $0.76
Wow way I go CVS👍🏾😊

There is literally nothing good about this place. Register crashes every single customer and if you need to run in, grab one thing, get out in 5 minutes, go elsewhere!

terrible pharmacy. I have nothing but problems every time I go here. I keep trying it because it’s so close to my home, but that was my last time.
I get a text alert that my order was received at 2 pm. I go to pick up at 7:30 pm thinking that was more than enough time. The tech initially tells me, “it’s not ready yet” , I told her that was confusing given that it’s been over 5 hours, but I’d wait. She comes back to the counter and goes, “actually- you’re too early to pick up.” I said no? Thats not possible- this was last filled on the 9th” She walks away from the counter playing on the computer and comes back again adamantly repeating that I was too early. I told her again- that’s incorrect this was last filled on the 9th. She now becomes snippy and goes “uh yeah- it goes off of the pick up date not the fill date.” I said ok and I know I picked my prescriptions up the same day they were filled. she walks away from the counter again without saying anything. the actual pharmacist comes back over now and tells me the actual answer- “we are out of stock, I sent the order back.” The other woman never came back to correct herself or apologize.
Every time I go to this pharmacy they are out of something, which I understand there are shortages, but every other pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with would inform the patient by either call, email, even text alert to inform me that they couldn’t fill my prescription and ask what I would like to do.
On top of the lack of communication how unprofessional is it to have your employee sit and spew out any random excuse why it’s not there just to shoo me away rather than giving me the correct information. “It’s not ready yet” , “youre too early” , in addition to arguing details of the prior fill date with no knowledge on this whatsoever? I mean come on. Then you’re not even going to apologize or correct your own mistake? if she didn’t know what was going on her initial response should have been to get the pharmacist - not to sit and argue using made up excuses in attempts to just get me to go away.
Shame on the employees here for their lack of communication, lack of professionalism and lack of accountability. shame on the girl that “helped” me today for her terrible attitude, lack of knowledge, lack of accountability, inability to just say she didn’t know and get proper help to provide me with the correct response and inability to apologize when she chose to argue false information with a paying customer .
I have 7 medications I get monthly - that is a lot of money to be made yearly by whichever pharmacy I choose and I don’t care if I’m in the biggest rush of my life I refuse to stop at this corner I will go out of my way, wait a day or two, whatever it may be. a simple apology when you’re wrong goes a long way. simply acknowledging you were wrong even without the apology goes a long away as well. a little communication goes an even further way- maybe if someone had just let me know they were out I would have never came in in the first place to be shooed away and talked to like I’m stupid by the uneducated poor guesser behind the counter.
Even the pharmacist- when she came to inform me that she sent my order back- no apology for inconvenience was given, no apology for lack of communication, no information regarding when the medicine would actually be in was provided- she actually shrugged her shoulders at me when I asked.
this place is just a joke. If you want a pharmacy that actually has your medicine, will inform you when they don’t, will take the time to prove you with correct information, or will speak to you with basic respect DO NOT GO HERE. if you want to be left in the dark about your medications, spoken down to like your stupid even though you’re correct, walked away from without explanation, repeatedly lied to, shooed away for personal convenience and with minimal explanation, and for your time to be wasted this is the pharmacy for you.

I had a great experience the customer service was awesome. I was there on August 6, 2024, and the two workers that were there in the morning. The gentleman and a lady named April were awesome. They help me with everything. They looked stuff up on their phone thing for work and help me with prices and coupons. They were great. I would recommend this store to everybody. The workers are so so nice. They greeted me when I walked in and we’re so helpful
