The manager at the store, Kathy is very rude. At times, she can be nice, but she does not know how to handle problems. I had a couple problems at this location. I’ve been shopping here for years, but no One seems to be able to figure out the problems at the register when I finally get aggravated and pay for the purchase anyways the last few times I have decided I’m gonna call corporate to see why my coupons are not working. Corporate did take care of the problem however because I called corporate. Kathy is very rude with an attitude telling me that all I had to do is call the store.. Not only did I try to Resolve at Store level unsuccessfully When I got home to find errors on my receipt, I tried calling the store three times and it went straight to voicemail. I was basically told I was a liar that I did not call the store when I clearly did.. Cathy definitely needs more training and customer service. I’ve worked in retail for 36 years in a supervisor‘s position and I would never belittle my customers or talk about other customers when people can hear every word you say in the store like I said I have heard her be friendly but when she’s nasty, she can be nasty. I will continue to shop there, but I will not be belittled by her anymore. If you look at your reviews, you will see that I’m not the only one complaining.

Restrooms are not public despite the giant restrooms sign, no note or sign saying otherwise. I waited right in front of the manager, and she didn't say anything. I finally asked "Do I need a key or something to use this?" And she didn't even look at me and looked super annoyed and said "Nope not open to public" horrible dollar general, do not shop here if you want to be treated decently by the miserable staff or use the restroom.

The remodeling was a perfect fit, congrats on the upgrade. Fresh fruit, vegetables & meat with bigger aisles. Very clean & organized

Always a mess and disorganized, but they have cute home accent pieces for Holidays. Great selection of groceries, toiletries, pet food, and litter. You want it, they have it! Love dollar general.

The store is clean. The older women possible manager is Rude everytime I go in there because I find sales and coupon. Today was the tip of the ice Burge she refused to sell me my pop at discount price becuz she didn't want to do 2 transaction. I feel they purposely keep self checkout down so have to go through a person. Need to get rid of people if they dnt like their jobs.

Went to go get my pickup and Manager lied and said I never placed an online pickup when my card had been charged. They somehow cancelled my order and said that I cancelled it. I guess the just pick and choose who’s pickup order they wanna do, I don’t know how this store has good reviews at all

1st time having a horrible experience. But I normally don't shop at this location. I was in area. Manager Andre just rude. Don't purchase products if you not sure. According to manager you can't return products from other Dollar General stores ?.
