This is a review for the Dollar Tree on Warren road in Westland. They have a poor attitude and they don't like to help people with disabilities. Out of all the Dollar trees I've ever went to this has to be the worst. They didn't have a basket without a bar for people with disabilities to take to their car. Their manager has a bad back which I understand but they had nobody to help me carry my stuff so customers help me. They no longer have a public restroom not even a key for the restroom they say it blame it on the other customers. They could at least have a key for people who are shopping and buying their product. Their attitude is horrible and their store stinks. I will take my business to other Dollar trees the one by me is absolutely awesome and they are very friendly. The Dollar Tree on Joy road and main Street has to be one of the best Dollar trees I ever went to with very positive attitude. I will give them five stars. These stores need to be mindful of everybody not just themselves.so to add to this review I gave them a second chancethey treated me very welland the cashier was very pleasantI'm changing my Google review. There are a few good people in this world. I was impressed with the service I had yesterday.

The worst dollar store the lines are ridiculous I waited for 30 mins cashier is slow as hell and as other employees are walking around doing nothing

Terrible experience, just one cashier for more than 15 persons in line, the manager so rude with the people telling them if they don't like they can leave and fighting with one of them so unprofessional, don't waste your time if you're just going to grab a couple things, not worth it.

Store could use some fill time employees, especially to stock shelves! Always a mess and cart after cart of boxes and aisles messy. But shout-out to Myrtle the cashier who is always so pleasant and friendly!! Don't see that too often these days and I appreciate it

Sales Associate Brandor was observed casually laughling and talking with another person for the longest while Seniors had to wait in a very long line to pay for their purchases.

Store “manager” Brandon is rude , unprofessional and extremely lazy. He will walk right by a line of customers apparently he’s above taking customers. Word of advice Brandon, if customer service is not your thing maybe you should find another job. Clearly this isn’t it for you

This locations opens at 8am the cashier didn’t open the doors till 8:10 am no remorse no apologies. Unacceptable, I BET you they CLOSE on time everyday ! Have that same consistency with opening the store

BUYER BEWARE. This store is a mess and unsafe. I found throw up in one of the storage containers in the kitchen section, refrigerated juice that was warm left on a random shelf along with ice cream that was at room temperature on a shelf. Items like these could be re-refrigerated leading to a high chance of getting potential food poisoning.

Extremely poor customer service. Rude no cas hier at 8:30 in the morning. No lights on for the registers indicating if register is open or not and was told they work. They just don't turn them on. I'm totally disappointed with this location 🤬🤬🤬

Store is okay but if the cashier could NOT be on the phone. Speaker phone at that... Jan 27 2024 7:10 pm ... Might .. Might try it again... You works think a new store would do better than this....
