The people at this location are always helpful and Courteous. I’ve never had an issue here that they didn’t resolve. The clerk Brandy is wonderful. In fact, all of them are wonderful :)

I went to this location on Sunday, June 8, 2025 to pick up an order for my cousin and get some other things printed off. When I walked in I was greeted by Chuck and Nicole. Both of them were amazing and gave me awesome customer service. They were very knowledgeable and gave me many different options for my transactions.They were just soo nice and welcoming.

My girl DAWN, is absolutely PHENOMENAL in making sure the moment I walk through the doors, she's already asking me for my printing codes! I literally NEVER have to stand and wait in a line here.! I get world class service from Dawn, always have.! This is my go to print shop for all my customer shipping labels ect. I've always had excellent experiences here, as long as Dawn is the one servicing my needs. Now the other young girl there is ALWAYS rude and in what I define as a horrible mood. It's literally always written all over her scrunched up face every time I've encountered her. I won't even allow her to wait on me if Dawn isn't working. I've complained about her many times but obviously nothing gets done about it, because she's always funky to customers. I've personally witnessed how she interacts with customers and it ain't good. Overall I love the establishment but if someone doesn't like their place of employment, then quit.

The customer service at this FedEx Office is way better than the Livonia location at Plymouth and middlebelt.

Don’t go here if you are hoping to keep your shipping down. They like to overpack the boxes with the paper insulation instead of cutting the box down. So the shipping prices is way more than it’s supposed to be.

Extremely nice young lady greeted me the second I walked in the door.. I had to ship a watch back to Samsung. She took my package, got it all taped up and I was in and out in less than a minute.

The lady at the deak was so sweet! She saw I was looking for tape for a USPS package and offered to just tape it up for me even though it wasn't being shipped through them
