Update of review 6/2/2023Let me first say that Denise Williams and Jacquelyn Schuster delivered excellent Customer Service in the past 5 years.However this year I was assigned to another accountant because Denise Williams and Jacquelyn Schuster were no longer working at this location. This year something was different like some management/organization change at this location. I used their drop off service and didn't hear from them for 11- 14 days. Finally heard from them, scheduled an appointment, had brief review of my federal and state taxes owed and thought everything was good. Until I get a call from H & R BLOCK representative a week and a half into my business trip that there was something wrong and that my return wasn't accepted. I called them back that same day and they couldn't even tell me what was wrong with my return. I was told to leave my name and someone will return my call. I didn't hear back until 7 - 10 days.Finally I was told I was missing a form and had to call to get that form mailed. When the problem was solved, I asked if the IRS would still withdraw the money owed and they said "No". Also asked if I would be penaltized for late payments and they said "No". Well I received a text message that IRS accepted my return and the balance owed will be withdrawn. Also I received a letter from the treasury that I have to pay penalty for late payments. I guess I will find ANOTHER tax preparer. Maybe their competitors.4/19/2018Jacquelyn Schuster is wonderful & excellent tax preparer.

Never use they deserve 1 star... I waited 3 months from the tax pro lady to tell me she forgot to file my taxes.. and her excuse was that she had COVID ?... Then when I called them to fix the problem they gave me the run around then told me to mail it and wait another 40 days and that there sorry ? terrible
