i was sitting waiting, when finally someone asked if i had an appointment i said no i need to cash this check and start a checking account, i was the check could not be cashed since it was not a huntington check, i said okay i will wait to talk to someone about opening an account and then i will cash this check , went and sat down, the teller than stated i still would be unable to cash my personal check when i asked why I will have an account at that point, the teller told me not to yell at her, my volume or tone never changed from the moment she started speaking to me, i then walked out after telling her that is stupid, if i have an account with the bank my check should be able to be cashed

If I could give a 0 I would. 2 weeks ago my wife deposited 1400 at this branch. When she arrived home she noticed the receipt was only for 1300. She went back immediately and was told that the drawer was over 1000 and that it would be corrected the next day or within the next 7 days. Here we are 10 days later and a second trip to the branch with our two year old son only to be lied to our faces and then called over the phone and told we have no proof. There is a crook working in this bank and I will make sure I let every huntington customer I know about this. Hope you're the next bank to go under!

Twice this week I have tried to use the ATM and cant. The one by Meijer says " No Withdrawals available" and the drive through ATM attached to the building screen is all black. What's going on ? I have to now rely on cash back at random stores because this branch seems to always have a issue.

Too much to write but here's a portion of it. The worst banking experience I have ever had happened here...and it's still ongoing. I opened a business account. Within 30 days it was closed without my knowledge and checks supposedly sent out emptying my checking and savings account. Meanwhile I don't have access to my money and no one knows where it is. It's been 2 months and I still don't have my money. There's no direct line to the manager Tim Burgess who has to handle everything. If he's not there, not available, or doesn't answer the main line to the bank, you have to go to the bank and hope you catch him or make an appointment. I have gone to that bank at least 16 times for this matter and still no resolution. I have been hung up on multiple times and obviously they are giving me the run around. My advice, don't put any money in this bank. If you do, it's at your own risk. Especially a business account. Oh yea, corporate hasn't been any help either.Weeks and weeks after this original post, another 8 visits to the bank and as of 6/24, I received my last of 2 checks and I’m still waiting for the funds to go through.

I opened up an account about a month ago because this branch is 5 minutes from my home. I MOSTLY deposit money into my accounts more than i withdrawal. Every..single..time i have tried to do this through the ATM, it is not accepting cash deposits. THEN i tried the ATM over near Meijer and of course, that was completely not even up and functional. The next closest branch to me is Livonia. Drove over there and..DRUMROLL..they don’t even have an ATM??? I went and opened up a Chase account, this bank is nothing but an inconvenience

It took 35m this morn to get through the drive thru, I was 6th in line. The lobby has posted hours of being open at this time but isn't. I seen 3 people there but only one nice young kid working. The 2 older employees were just interrupting him while leisurely drinking coffee. It did not look like a good team effort. I won't be bringing any other business or referrals to Huntington.

Drive through lines fills quickly because the tellers ignore them. I have witness it myself when I am in the drive thru line looking through the clear windows, everytime a new customer comes in the front door they take care of them before the drive thru. So apparently it doesnt matter if you are in the drive thru first waiting 30 minutes. As long as more people come through the branch doors you will have to wait until the lobby is empty to even get a response at drive thru. Horrible service. They should have left the bank inside meijer. They need to hire competent employees. Listen to the horrible reviews management. This is said for a newer location. I never seen a 1 star review for a Huntington Bank before but this branch deserves it.

Well the lady at the drive-thru window is rude and snotty it's in her tone of voice and body language that she is not enjoying her job and she talks as if she's being bothered , it's completely obvious she is extremely annoyed which makes me feel uncomfortable on top of the fact the drive-through line there is always a long wait . So I will just drive the extra miles and go to the other Huntington Bank on Michigan Ave in Canton because they are very nice people .

I was very disappointed today when I witnessed another customer being treated in a disrespectful manner. He put his ID and money through the tube at the drive thru, but no one was assisting him. He said he pressed the “call” button several times and didn’t receive a reply. When he moved his car, in order to come to the front door to get someone’s attention, the associate at the ATM proceeded to blame the customer. She said it was “his fault” he wasn’t being helped, because he moved his car — even though he only moved the car because he was being ignored…I sincerely feel this gentleman should have been apologized to in this situation. A little humility and compassion go a long way.

There a ATM on the bank wall & one in the parking lot of Meijers. Everyday you cannot do a cash deposit & once on a blue moon when you can do a cash deposit you can't do a cash withdraw. You can never depend on these ATMs. This been going on since this bank became Hunting Bank. I seriously need to charge them for every trip that I make from this bank to the one on Canton on Michigan Ave. There ATMS always work but Westland is so much closer for me. I seriously need to find time to withdraw my accounts and go to another bank that has ATM options.

Poor customer service. The older employee had every excuse in the book on why I couldn’t withdraw MY money from MY account. First it was a Saturday then they only had smaller bills. I’m just over Huntington period and will be finding a new bank.
