I've been at several events at Joy Manor now, & it's always been a good time. I didn't book any of them, so I have no knowledge of how much they cost or how available they are, but speaking as an attendee at those functions/receptions, I always look forward to coming back.

I recently attended a wedding at this venue and wanted to share my objective feedback for those considering renting this space for special events.
*Decoration:* While pretty, the decor appeared to be low-quality.
*Food:* Unfortunately, the food was subpar. I opted not to eat due to concerns about food poisoning. The chicken was severely undercooked, and the mother of the groom even warned our table not to consume it. This reinforced my suspicions.
*Bathrooms:* The men's bathroom was reportedly worse than an outhouse, with a strong, unpleasant odor and apparent lack of cleaning. The women's bathroom was not clean, but didn't have a significant odor.
*Music:* Many guests complained about the DJ's inconsistent playback and poor song transitions, often cutting off songs mid-play.
*Parking:* One positive aspect was the ample parking available.
*Suggestion for improvement:* Designate a smoking area to prevent guests from being enveloped in cigarette and weed smoke when exiting the building.

Joy manor was a great wedding experience for us . Teresa has been amazing and very accommodating to our wedding party . I can’t thank her enough for all of her great services .

I threw a retirement & belated birthday combination party for my wife. It was absolutely awesome. I got so many compliments on the party. The staff at Joy Manor were so great and accommodating. Everyone was pleasant, patient and provided great service. I didn't meet one person who didn't want to help us or provide great experience. They really have a great team here. Teresa was so nice and very patient with me each time I sought her out. They provided everything I requested. I was pleasantly surprised to find out they were actively making the cannoli, fresh in the kitchen, while my party was going on. It wasn't old or purchased from an outside bakery. The room was beautiful. It is a great place!

I attended my dear friends B/Day party, and her beautiful daughter was a perfect hostess and organizer. "The Great Gabsy Theme" party. The food was delicious, and the decore, bar, and atmosphere was cozy and glamorous. Nice venue for special occasions.

Dance floor and seating great. Food is very bad. The meat, no matter what, is always over cooked and tough.

We had my grandmother a 90th birthday. It was a pleasure working with Theresa. Everything was great. Me and my family appreciate all of the staff. The only thing I'm not pleased with is that if you use your card, they charge 3% for you to use it, but they mail you out a check for your refundable deposit.
