They have someone working in the (Customer Service) money center who is working with scammers taking money from people by getting their information and buying money orders. This month alone I have seen atleast 7 people post about this location specifically. Money orders between $1000 to $2,500+. Management needs to look into this or they are looking at a HUGE LAWSUIT!

People leave carts all over the parking lot because the cart house things are too far. When it's freezing outside people don't walk to them.

I shop this location only. I went in on 1/6/25, wanted some deli meat, the two workers behind the counter we're already cleaning up well before the deli closes, and when I asked the kid who sounded stoned if I could get something sliced because they only set out POUNDS of deli meat that I don't need, said he couldn't help me because he had already cleaned the slicer. I believe the deli is listed as closing at 10pm or maybe 8pm, but I was there at the counter at 7:50pm. I should NOT have been denied service. If you are open until 8pm, you can clean up a bit, then do the rest AFTER you officially close. Nonetheless, they need to hire people that understand this or have better training and business practices. NOT ACCEPTABLE.

WORST EFFIN KROGER IN THE AREA! TOO BUSY WITHOUT THE EMPLOYES TO HANDLE IT! DONT GO HERE IF YOURE IN ANY KIND OF HURRY! TWICE NOW IVE HAD TO WALK OUT AND LEAVE! THEY NEED A 5 ITEM OR LESS LANE BECAUSE IF YOU ONLY NEED A COUPLE ITEMS YOURE STUCK IN LONG LINES OF PEOPLE WITH FULL BASKETS! HAD IT NOT BE THE SAME AS LAST ATTEMPT AT THIS LOCATION I WOULDNT BE HERE LEAVING THIS REVIEW! IF ITS AN ISSUE WITH POPULATION VS NO OTHER CLOSE KROGERS THEN MAYBE WESTLAND MI THAT HAS ONE OF THE TOP POPULATION COUNTS IN THE AREA NEEDS TO FIND A SPOT FOR ANOTHER KROGER! THE PARKING IS RIDICULOUS AS WELL WITH THE "BOTH WAYS" PARKING SPOTS. REALLY DUMB! SO IF YOURE EVEN ABLE TO MAKE IT DOWN A LANE AND A PERSON PULLS OUT TO YOUR LEFT YOU CANT TAKE IT BECAUSE ITS ANGLED IN OPPOSITE DIRECTION! ITS THE MOST CONGESTED PARKING LOT FOR A GROCERY STORE IVE EVER HAD TO BATTLE ONLY TO GO INSIDE IN A HURRY TO AS USUAL LONG LINES AND NO END IN SIGHT! THIS KROGER BEATS THE NOVI LOCATION ON THE WORST LONG LINES! GET IT TOGETHER I WILL NOT GO BACK AND I DONT SUGGEST YOU DO EITHER UNLESS YOU HAVE TIME TO KILL AND HAVE THE PATIENCE TO STAND THERE 30 MINS JUST TO CASH OUT.

It is a good place to shop if they have everything in stock. The app is not accurate with the aisle. It would also be better if they had enough baggers instead of us having to do it so we can be done checking out in a reasonable amount of time.

Shockingly poorly kept store.
Shelves & displays aren’t stocked neatly or kept up at all.
Employees are dressed poorly and look sloppy…unbelievably so.
Start to finish- it’s a very disappointing shopping experience.
Like what you’d find at the store you’re avoiding by going to Kroger in the first place.
Bad enough to make me go elsewhere.
Too bad to- really hoping to see Wayne- Westland turn itself around.
A nice, well kept place to grocery shop is a must for that.

This location tends to have more items in stock, including sale items and/or "buy 5" items. Produce isn't that great in this location (it personallyirritates me when their commercials push freshness as one of their strong points, when in reality I often go to another chain for produce because Kroger's aren't in very good shape-I have seen moldy strawberries and blue berries, but% there is a wide varietty of fruits and vegetables. Aisles are also less congested with free standing shelving that are found in the other 2 Krogers in the immediate area. Parking spaces are tight and can be challenging especially with larger vehicles.
