My boyfriend and I went to this location to get a new plant and pot this morning. They were both very large and heavy so he put the plant in the pot to carry it to check out. One associate started following us and then signaled something to another who then stood very close to us at the self checkout and watched us. I thought I was just being paranoid but when we left my boyfriend said he heard an associate say “they put the plant in the pot”. Felt very weird and it’s obviously rude to assume people are criminals.

Went to the 0768 store to purchase a washing machine because the one we had purchased two years prior broke, the only matching washer that they had was the floor model, and we were told by the associate that the CEO told him he couldn’t sell it, so I spoke to the manager, and the manager told me a different story Saying that he wasn’t allowed. We looked up the policy for selling display models, and it doesn’t state anything that we were told, I’m a pro member for years and I don’t appreciate being lied to or treated like I’m not capable of figuring things out beyond their knowledge. I will strongly consider Moving my business to another competitor because of the continued lying we hear from the associates that are simply too lazy to do difficult or strenuous parts of their job.

I'm a long time customer at this store, I spend thousands of dollar's a year in this one location like many others. The store itself has always been great, easy to find what I need and they usually have everything, friendly staff. Recently I've started to notice a shift from that beginning when I walk in the door, and this past weekend my experience with an online order and the store customer assistance will keep me from spending money there from this point forward.
Around 1pm on Sunday I placed an online order for about 20 bags of garden soil (2 types) and some other small items, one was shipped. Around 3pm I received a call from a woman letting me know the soil was outside, frozen and stuck together, asking if I wanted to wait for the order because they had to bring the pallets inside to thaw for a bit. I said no problem and she replied it would be an hour or two, then they would load carts for me to come pick up, she would update me, I said ok..
I never received an update, Monday morning around 1130am I call to see what the status is, I speak with Jennifer who gets a hold of Katie, Jennifer comes back on to tell me one pallet of dirt is still frozen and stuck together.... But half my order is ready and I can come get those bags, I tell her I don't want to make two trips and want to cancel the order.. I don't understand how one pallets of dirt would be frozen and one isn't, made no sense to me. Seemed more like I was forgotten about. Jennifer tells me I'll receive a cancelation email, we hang up and I immediately receive a text saying my order is ready for pickup, so I call back and as soon as the line connects the phone is hung up. So I call again and Jennifer now appears to be annoyed, I simply told her it didn't make sense that the entire order wasn't done at once and I didn't appreciate being hung up on. We left it at a disagreement that she hung up, and I decided to discontinue spending money there unless absolutely necessary which isn't likely, thawed items only of course.. Nothing against her personally but overall there wasn't much effort to get it done.... Home Depot is a mile away.

I left this review a month ago. Called Lowes back due to the response below to do so. As of 2/23/25, no response from Lowes. Lowes does NOT care about senior citizens who sustain a loss due to installer's negligence.
Here is the original Review:
Two days prior to leaving town, Lowes Installation Contractor installed a new front door & blew my circuit breakers when trying to hook up his special saw. He had to reset the circuit breakers and didn't reset the room my chest freezer was in. My organic meats and organic home grown harvested veggies were rotted when I got back home with guests. We were out of town for 8 days. (late Oct). I filed a claim for the loss, with photos of my garden veggies, and receipts of meat purchases. They only offered $100 and I declined it. Their reason was insulting/insinuating and the amount inadequate. I'm a senior citizen, live alone, and take great care and much effort for my gardening, freezing and preserving for myself and others. I was planning additional home projects in the spring with Lowes, but not now.

Jen (I believe a front desk supervisor) went above and beyond to help me today. She helped me do price checks on some items figured out how many I could buy without going over my budget then she grabbed me a flat bed when I told her I couldn’t find one. Thank you for all the help Jen!

Went to pickup salt didnt see any,i asked an associate,said if any left its in aisle 29,which had 4 bags all busted open,went to leave a whole skid at lumber door.trying find someone to help you good luck.

Very poor service.they came early one day.they came at 7.30 at one time. They delivered 3 broken washer dryer combos. They had to pay out 260 in hook up fees because of the appliances not working. All they want to give is a 50.00 gift card. Will not go back their again.
