This gas station deserves a negative star rating. I asked for change for a $20 bill he watched me get out of the ATM. His register was already open helping a customer so it wasn't an inconvenience.I was told I had to buy something. Mind you I had just came in an hour or so prior and used the ATM, got gas and something to drink and he saw me smh... Definitely felt like it was a money grab. Like are you kidding me you just saw me in here AND I just paid the high ATM fee y'all have yet again and I can't get change without buying something else... Smh horrible establishment...I felt like it was a racial thing if I'm being honest...

Bro this is my gas station I come here almost everyday I absolutely love this place there is a new guy working tonight. This would actually be considered the morning of September 26th 2024. 12:30 a.m. I understand people have personal issues and I would never complain about something like this normally but this is really really bad. I've been homeless before so I get that and I understand that smell but this isn't even that the gentleman behind the counter has Bo so bad it's coming through the security glass like you can smell it in the entire gas station. You guys need to do something with this employee. I don't want to put his name on here I don't want to embarrass him but you guys know who it is. For his sake please address this.

Joy Fuel Stop, the Sunoco convenience store on the corner of Joy and Newburgh, with the big flag. Always a clean store. Good gas prices. The Streetside Burger restaurant inside closed a couple of years ago. Does not sell alcohol.

Extremely disrespectful staff. Today, a staff member made a mistake and gave me a wrong item. Hours later when I returned he honored my exchanges. However, things quickly escalated to manager coming out angry addressing the cashier about my purchase. Immediately, he gives a grimming look so I stated can I have my item and politely asked him to be mindful of his demeanor towards regular customers his disrespect was unnecessary. Now, this is my second distasteful experience at this store. His responses "You can go to another store" will do.If you all are going to have a sign asking customers to be respectful. Please have your staff do just the same. Hopefully the real owner will train his staff on how to be professional.

I was so pleased about the quality of gasoline here.😀 I can put 30 dollars in and it will last for 4 days where as at other gas stations near I would put the same amount and travel the exact same distance and I would have to fill up again after the 3rd day. 😊

Don't bother calling the phone number listed on Google maps it's not the gas stations number as of Feb 5th 2024.Besides that the gas station has cheap($15 for 20lbs) propane refill so I like it here. Only problem is you have to get there I believe before 3pm on weekdays to get someone to do it. They only have one employee that can do it.

Same situation. Foreign guy acts like he doesn’t know English and puts the wrong amount in and takes everything from your card. Screw that guy. And said he was gonna call the cops and not give me my money or solve anything. Very rude. Needs to be shut down.

I’ve never had a problem going to this Sunoco until tonight 7/23. I just had the worst experience with the clerk behind the counter. I tried using my EBT card to pay for a sprite and cash to pay for gas. I couldn’t remember my card number so I had to look in my phone and she rushed me and told me the card wasn’t mine so I couldn’t use it since I didn’t have the pin code memorized. I always come here to get gas but I’ll never be back because of her. Very rude and argumentative didn’t address me when I came to the counter I stood there for 2 minutes without her saying anything at all.

Always a quick visit (customers permitting) and attendants are friendly and knowledgeable. My go-to gas station for sure.

Horrible horrible horrible37401 Joy rd Westland MI 48185Avoid this store by all cost!!! I was getting off work I walked in and I notice no one was here!!! I said anyone here? She comes out the back with a rude nasty attitude and proceeded to say are you in here obviously we’re open!! After I said have the day you deserve she proceeded to say something underneath her mouth which I will not repeat!! I took a picture and in the video she proceeded to show me her backside!! Thankfully I stopped the video in time use you would have saw her behind…. She is a location in Livonia or Westland off of joy road and Newburgh……. Please share share share!!!!
