very professional & efficient. i am able to fill all of my prescriptions in one visit, as opposed to multiple trips per month when I was a customer of Walgreens. this alone saves me several hours per month, & at least 50 miles on my vehicle. we could not be more pleased. cal, the pharmacist is quite knowledgable, intelligent, & courteous! couldnt be pleased more!

I definitely recommend this pharmacy, especially over other bigger pharmacies like CVS and Walgreens. The pharmacist is always very friendly/personable, organized, and cares about your needs.

I have been mistreated so often at pharmacys that I used to have panic attacks going to get my meds. I found Med Sync and my attacks are no more. The pharmacist is very caring and friendly. I recommend this pharmacy to everyone!

If i could give them a zero i would, I came in the other day and I haven't been to this place in a couple months cuz I usually go to the pharmacy in my docs office but since I went on a different day and my normal pharmacy wasn't open I decided to take my scripts here since i live right down the street .so let me start by telling u when I'm not able to get into my doc i go to urgent care , since I work mon-friday I'm not always able to get into my doc, so one of my seizure meds I got from urgent care and they gave me a lower dose then i normally get, so when I went to my doc she gave me the correct dose cuz she didn't feel like it was safe going to such a low dose then what I normally have. So when I took it to this pharmacy I explained the situation, and he made me out to be some kind of drug dealer, threatened to call my doc which I told him was fine because she knew about the situation, then after all that came back to me and said " oh we don't even take ur insurance anymore " ....i couldn't believe the way he treated me. He acted like I was trying to get Norco, or some kind of narcotic or something. Not everyone a drug dealer. Doesn't treat people with respect. I understand his place of business isn't in the greatest neighborhood, but God damn u don't have to treat people that way. I will not ever be returning to this pharmacy or reccomending anyone to this pharmacy !!!!

The pharmacist here is the single best pharmacist I have ever had! He knows me by name and is absolutely great at what he does. I highly recommend that everyone pick Med Sync as their regular pharmacy!

If you prefer the big box approach and like to wait in lines and be treated like a number? Then the big pharmacies are the place to go? But if you prefer to have faster friendlier service? Look no futher. I have had my prescriptions filled by many pharmacies over the years, and not one has come even close to the service my wife and I get here at medsync. My only regrets are I didn't go there sooner.
