This place is run by scammers. Metro Pcs was running a deal where they were giving out Samsung tablets when you add a line. I found out that they gave me TCL tablet and kept the Samsung one. And the phone I bought had an random account logged in the phone when it was supposed to be a brand new phone. So they either sold me a used phone or entered in an account of theirs to steal my information. So I try to go to the corporate store by the mall and that's not even a corporate store anymore. If you have Metro at all I highly recommend switching providers.

This store will screw you anyway possible, corporate store even said the same thing. Brought in a phone that had a few minor issues and was told that my phone was no good and to buy a phone he recommended. So I listened to the "expert" and bought a new phone and still have the same issues I did before. So was my phone bad or he just wanted to make another $250 sale? Then proceeded to tell me I need to prove to him my phone is freezing and volume goes down on its own. Basically telling me I'm a liar. and told me to screen shot when I'm having the freezing issue....witch u can't screen shot if your phone is froze. So we argued back and forth for a while untill finally my phone showed the volume issue and his tone changed to I'm sorry and how can I help you..... Such a joke

They sell used and refurbished phones for a lot of money and once you purchase the phone, the phone falls apart within a day. If you complain about it or try to talk to supervisor..... they don't care, they tell you to go somewhere else. For paying almost $200 for a phone, I deserve good quality. I found out from my friend that used to work for this location that they buy refurbished phones that are about to fall apart and charge extra. Once my contract is over, I'm going to go back to regular t-mobile. Metro is a scam and they don't care. A nickel and dime you for every little thing.

A place where i felt genuinely valued as a customer. Amazing customer service, staff is welcoming and very professional. They also give big discounts on accessories. I would highly recommend this store.
