The tall black boy Kam was very helpful, very emotionally perceptive, he saw I was having a hard time and was about to cry, he asked me what was wrong and when I broke down he took the time to talk with me.

Cam isn't sure how much the phone cost how much the plan is going to cost and wants me to pay 300 dollars before giving me any information about my plan or the phone. Very Obvious that he was disgruntled and upset about being at work.

Noah did a amazing job for me he helped me pick out a phone and the 5g gateway. He is very knowledgeable and helpful and patient. He was the only one working and he had three other people waiting and a man got very rude with him and he was so polite to the man. The man finally calmed down.
You are definitely lucky to have such a great worker like Noah. Good job Noah

This used to be a corporate store which is the only reason I go there but I found out after the fact that it is no longer a corporate store which is evident by the lack of professionalism and service I experienced. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I went to the store late Sunday 5/12 to get my grandson an iPhone. First, the sales person had difficulty finding the account. After purchasing the phone the sales person tried putting on the screen saver and had a lot trouble putting it on and was obviously frustrated and when trying to put on the third screen saver he dropped the phone on the floor putting a scratch on the upper right corner, after the third try with the third screen saver he asked another sales person to try a fourth screen saver. She put it on and handed it to my grandson. When we got home I noticed a bubble in the center caused by a piece of grit. The store was closed by then so I went in Monday 5/13 and showed the person at the counter the problem and as we were speaking the original sales person came up and said we replaced it four times and you left the store, and I’ll put another one on but after that I’ll have to charge you ( he’s going to charge me for something he can’t do correctly) , so I told him, “so your telling me it happened after I left the store” and he responds “it could have.” The other individual says “we only put them on as a courtesy, but we can give you another one and you can put it in yourself. Obviously, after two days frustration dealing with these people I took the screen saver without addressing the sales person dropping and scratching a new phone. I called Metro Tuesday 5/14 and they said to speak to the owner of the store first. I called the store this morning 5/15 and was told no one there knows who the owner is but the manager and he’ll be in tomorrow 5/16. To be continued. I called the store today 5/16 and spoke with the manager, James. I told him about finding the scratch on the phone caused when the sales person dropped it and he immediately said “your son dropped it because I looked at the video,” and I immediately asked why he would check a video before I even came in to the store, and he responded that he (I assume he meant the sales person) said you might be coming in. I told James I was standing right there at the counter with my grandson when phone was dropped by the sales person. I told him I’d like to see the video and he said he’d have to make an appointment, but if I was wanting a new phone I’d have to call 611 and I told him I already did and they told me to contact the store. At that point he hung up believe it or not. Very unprofessional and obviously dishonest.
