I've had metro for 8 years.. it's finally got to a point where the service on my "new phone" was getting shitty and stopped working.. and they raised my phone bill 2$ I was paying 52$ for a phone bill. I had already paid for the phone bill and it still wasn't working. I went in this store they fixed the phone but a week later it was doing the same thing again. And they said the only way I could get the bill of my phone to go down to was to downgrade. And who knows if that phone would work either.. so I switched to a trackphone I had gotten a orbit flip phone and the phone works way better than metros service ever could I don't have problems with the phone at all. Save your money and get a 20$ track phone from the dollar store....

Seems more interested in selling. Not too informative.
I must admit I only came in to ask if I could get a SIM card for my new tablet and add it to my plan. He told me that tablets won't take SIM cards. After I showed him the tablet on Amazon with a SIM card slot he tried to sell me a Metro Samsung tablet.

I stumbled on this location by accident and I'm so glad I did!!! I needed assistant with my phone and I was greeted with the most pleasant smile and the best customer service I've had in a long time. The customer service rep name was Ash he went over and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer before leaving the store , and I was!!! It's because of workers like him that will make me continue to come back to this location. Keep up the good work!!

some issues werent taken care of, but the important stuff works.just buy your screen protectors and phone cases on amazon. theyre WAY cheaper.ill still use their service and have been for at least 13 years.only 4 stars because the manager there is less than nice and doesnt listen.

The clerk that sold me my phone told me that I would get a receipt the next day in the email. That was December 1st. It's now December 25th and I still haven't received an email with the receipt I have no idea what I spent $725 on to purchase this phone. I'm going up there today and I want a printed receipt with a breakdown of what I paid money for to purchase this phone. If he doesn't give it to me I'm reporting his store to T-Mobile.

I'm an eighty-year-old woman that needed help with my phone. He purposely mess my phone up. And told me my 3-g would not work on a 5G Network I needed a new one. Took my daughter a couple of hours undo the fraudulent damage he did. This used to be a wonderful store. I will never buy anything from this young man or the store again.?
