I went in for the 25$ a month promotion and was told by the person in the store that it was discontinued. I left and called metro directly and was told this was not true and received the promotion online.

It's 11:45 am sign says they open at 11:00 am
I don't think they're open on Sundays like the schedule of operations says on the website and door , I got other things to do I'm not about to sit here and see if they're going to open or not ,I just wasted my gas coming over here my advice call first like I know better now

Terrible service, horrible customer experience. Ignored us for 22 mins without even greeting us. No "hello...or be with ya in a sec...or just finishing up" Nope, just ignore your customers. I'm good, on to the next one. Don't go here.

I went here because I had my number for almost 20 years I had gone to a different store and they made me get a new number and that's not what I wanted to do. They told me my phone number was cancelled and it wasn't. Sue was very nice and professional she transferred all my information found my Gmail onto my new phone that the other store gave me when they could have just gave me a phone with my same number. I'll be coming to the store from now on.
