Can't really go wrong here . Probably needs to updated open time because it's not always accurate. But friendly probably tries to sell you outside of what you need , which isn't bad for most part and even work with you. Most of the phones I got came from this very location. Prices are pretty affordable I'll highly recommend. But I would call this locations store before heading there, Because you just might not know. Always safe than sorry like always.

I went in and I was having issues with my phone and I was amazed the place smelled cleaned very organized I was very comfortable I got my phone issue worked out thanks to your employee Ross for helping me out he needs a raise... good job!!!!

Not happy!! I went to this store as anew customer. I was switching from a different company. I have a galaxy A13 5 which is a good phone. They tell me it's not, so I have to get another phone. The seller say the have my same phone in and began the switch. AFTER!! he finished he states it a 4G with less memory/storage!! Now I'm dealing with not being able to get emails and other things, that I had no issues getting on my other phone. I will not go back to this store every again!!! Money down the drain ?

I wanted the s21 fe 5g because metro has a promotion that makes the phone $199 instead of $449. The guy told me that he had the phone but not the promotion phone so I would have to pay $449. It's the same dam phone! He clearly just didn't want to sell it at the sale price. Left and drive 2 miles to the Dearborn heights store and got 2 of them for what he wanted me to pay for one
