My daughter asked me to check to see if her cat was brought here. He has been missing for a few days. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I was taken on a walk through to see all the cats that were there at the time. Ours wasn't there. I was given an information packet, which included #s to other animal shelters in the area.

Because of my rescue of my cat socks, I'll return to rescue another cat, since I just lost my senior cat, that I got socks for, to be her companion.

We have been taking my dog to the Westland location for years now ,and the entire staff is very professional and friendly . Dr.Kim treated my dog today and he is one of the nicest people I have met my dog has a little attitude and he and the other staff made her feel comfortable and handled her very respectfully and professionally I love this place and they take care of the animals like their own.Thank you!

False advertisement on the adoption fees for the animals, will never adopt from this shelter ever again

I just adopted a 3 yr old Red Nose Pit from there and their really nice and patient. The place is clean and don't smell and the dogs and cats are in good shape. I recommend this bussiness for adoptions!??

The lady on the phone and the ladies who greeted me at the front desk were very nice. I called in advance to ask if it was okay to just come in and play with or pet the animals. I was told it was okay. I brought the paperwork for a dog to the front desk and some other lady said they don't just let you play with the animals if you're not adopting. Eventually she "introduced me" to the dog, but I was not comfortable. I was made to feel like an inconvenience which really sucks.
