They charge you 150 to get an estimate. Which they say they’ll give back afterwards which is like a deposit for fixing your car so they don’t “waste time making an estimate” .Waste of my time, sketchy business practices. Would look elsewhere

I Googled this company because I needed some work done to my vehicle. After reading the reviews, whoever is responding to these comments are very unprofessional and make the company look bad. I would not do business with this company. It seems as if they don't take accountability for the wrongdoing of their customers. They rub things in people face, laugh and say thank you for your money. Very arrogant and sarcastic.??♀️??♀️

The owner is rude/ has an attitude with both his employees and customers. It took them about 2 months to fix my car. Had a hard time getting in contact with them about updates and they had a hard time making sure they had all the parts to fix my car. Told me my car was ready to pick up just to find out a few Days later the muffler was still damaged. Thus I had to take my car back again to finish getting it fixed. Hopefully I never get into an accident again, but if I do I will not be coming back here. Save yourself the headache and check out other shops.

My mom had got in an accident this winter, and they did an amazing job on the body work! You can’t even tell it’s been in an accident. The employees were so helpful and nice! The owner was great too! Will definitely come back if needed in the future!Services: Body & Trim

Well first off they did great work as far as the repairs go. But when it comes to customer care they are lacking something awful ! I dropped off my vehicle on a Monday and I was told it's not that bad I should have it done by the end of the week. We'll that didn't happen ! Was told 3 different times that it would be done by the end of the week for 5 weeks !!!!! I was even told one week it would be done at 5:00 , went there sorry he left with his daughter! No call no nothing !!! Then my wife was told that it would be finally done once again at 5 ! See went there, door was locked! And no one was there! She called three different numbers until finally someone picked up ! Then they couldn't find our paperwork ! Then was told we have a 1,000 deductible , NO ! it's only 500 ! Oh sorry I had the wrong paperwork ? So if you want to deal with this place be my guest ???? worst place ever !! I honestly don't know how they have kept in business for 20 years !!! ?????Service: Body & Trim
