I tried to reach out via email to leave my review but got no response. The carpet layers left behind dozens and dozens of nails and metal shavings on the ground. Weeks later and I am still finding them. My vacuum hose was completely filled with nails. If you have kids or pets, be careful and be sure to vacuum multiple times before you let your kids or pets walk on the carpet.

Highly recommend Nelson Floor covering Rob Nelson came out promptly gave us a great price for luxury vinyl plank flooring and the installation team was fantastic. Everything was completed on time and within budget! You will not be disappointed!!!

While I feel like I just got the bad apple, I can't recommend this company. I was in contact with the salesman Robert, and he was just awful. Impolite, rude, late, and overcharged for everything. I expected more from a 'Christian Business'

Nelson's Floor Covering was recommended to me through, very dear and well respected friends of mine. I was greeted with a friendly smile, and Jim listened intently, and assured me that I would stay within my budget. This was very important, he shared the features, advantages and benefits that would be best for me, without overbidding, like so m any other's had. I was shocked, at how wholesome and kind he was and I felt as though, he was actually looking out for me. They went ABOVE an BEYOND what anyone else would have done for me. I feel blessed knowing that my friends steered me in the right direction. Nelson Floor Covering deserves a 5+ Stars...They were HONEST, did wonderful work, and they offered a Higher quality carpet, for a much better price, more so, than any of their competitors... Fast, efficient, and well done.

Multiple issues w/ plank flooring coming up, multiple times to repair only to make it worse. The actual top layer started to peel off. Cracked shoe molding, didn’t nail other shoe molding, used some type of wood type marker to fill in gaps. You could clearly see on a few planks some type of adhesive. Mike told me it should wipe right off. It still hasn’t “wiped right off.” Beyond disappointed w/ quality & response from anyone that I interacted with. My floor is still not fixed but I’m done dealing w/ this business.

They installed carpeting in two rooms. Great people great carpet. The sales staff was totally professional and listened to what my needs were before showing me the best carpet for me. The installers were on time and totally professional. Took great care with my freshly painted walls. Can't tell they were here except for the new carpet. If your looking call these guys you won't be sorry.
