I went there to buy a hamster with my granddaughter which I told the lady that she had one that had passed away the day before and then we went back the next day and this lady told the employees not to sell us a hamster so I think that's baloney the hamster died of natural causes but yet this lady because I informed her that she had one you know a couple of years ago that had passed away she refused to sell us when he told all the other employees that we could not get one so therefore I give them a big fat thumbs down

What a horrible experience. The staff would rather play on their cell phones then help customers. I will never be back. Go to Pet Supplies Plus. They have amazing service!

Second time they’ve declined my online purchase after payment, don’t choose this location to pickup if you’re getting something with a discount from website.

The lady at the cashier was condescending and even after I made an in-store purchase I told her that I was also there to pick up my order (to save time since last month I waited in my car for over 30 minutes). She just had my account pulled up when checking me out and proceeded to ID card me when I gave her the same name that my both my order and account are under. I don’t know if she’s stupid, rude, can’t read the name Kayla, or just lacks a memory over 30 seconds. She damn near cost my loyalty to this store because I’ve spent thousands on my dogs here over the last 4 years. I don’t know who the hell trained her, but I frequent the store monthly and usually get my 3 dogs’ nails cut 1-2 times a month along with paying for Vital Care for years. And for her to have a problem with my legal name when she just had my account pulled up, sorry, but she’s working at the wrong store and shouldn’t be customer facing - Margot or whatever her name was, she’s absolutely wretched.

They did a descent job on my dogs hair. I didnt really like the way his face was cut but i will let them know next time. I usually take him to the canton location but they were booked.

They aren't educated in the animals they are selling! Please do you're research before buying Ginny pigs. They need to be bought in pairs,they don't tell you that here! It's very important to do research before buying them! They never answer the grooming center. Grooming services is really good here.

If you buy a ferret the cost is expensive😒yet they are comical to watch 😂they like to wrestle with some teeth action and will chase down anyone who acts aggressively 🫣
