Very nice staff and they train real well. I had a great experience with someone who was new and she was very professional and friendly like she has been here for years. Ty for the great time working out.

The Westland Warren road location is everything you would expect out of a fitness center, the staff members are always welcoming and friendly and helpful and everything is always clean and sanitary A+

Good gym for what it is, would be nice if they would follow suit like other planets are doing and get free weight squat racks but other than that no complaints
