“Sky Works is amazing. Don’t waste your time dealing with Home Depot. I went their first and it was a complete dumpster fire. The woman at the desk basically begged me not to rent the skid steer they had because she didn't know how to rent it out. Sky Works was the opposite. The guys are complete professionals. They loaded me up in 5 minutes and taught me how to use the machine. It was cheaper than the Depot too. My dad flipped the skid steer over and they sent out a mechanic to fix it and they didnt give me a hard time or even charge me. Thank you guys, you made a seemingly impossible project get done.”

“Absolute lifesavers! I had a terrible experience with the Saginaw store—they misled me and made my moving day completely miserable. I walked into the 7 Mile Road location stressed and exhausted, but the staff here was beyond kind and friendly. They listened to what happened, fixed the mess the other store created, and truly turned my day around. It takes a lot to put a smile on someone's face in the middle of a stressful move, but they managed to do it. Highly recommend this location for their amazing customer service!”

“I ordered the Tr-Fuel kit for my Generac 7000EXL. The kit was packed real nice. Everything worked as it should after I modified the air filter housing (to access the choke lever).

I replaced the SS provided worm clamps as they slipped when tightening. The ones at NAPA worked better for some reason. All in all, very satisfied with the purchase. The generator now runs on propane, gas, and natural gas. Thank you Zach and CenturyFuel Products!”

“**During Covid** I made appointment online but unfortunately the date that you pick is not really official until you receive a text message and or email from U-Haul confirming the date. I learned that hard way for this location but still after that little hump in the road and having to reschedule I made it there as the new confirmed time and date. After that it was pretty much easy I dropped off my vehicle which they gave me an option to stay inside since there were really no one there or I could come back but I decided to just go for a walk and they said they will call me back once they were done. It took about an hour which they did quote me that and it was all set and done had to come back in to sign some papers. I was all set I'm very pleased with my trailer hitch which I will be using for transporting my bike; they made sure to put protection cover in my car while it was in use by them.”

“Excellent hitch service and customer service. Everyone was friendly and professional. With my Aerostar van being 30 years old they told me they may or may not be able to install the hitch but like a challenge and they got it done same day! Can’t wait to pull my Jetskis with it. “We were not even there for 5 minutes before a very kind and helpful young man asked if we needed help and offered when we said yes. I am sorry to say I didn’t catch his name. We were checked out by London who not only made it easy and convenient to check out by coming to inventory our choices and ring them up rather than have us carry it all over to the register. She also provided a surprising level of dedication to top notch customer service by jumping up and assisting us in carrying everything out and into our vehicle. I say surprising because normally this is not my experience these days. Thank you to London and the service oriented young man whose name I didn’t catch. U-Haul has some excellent representatives here!”

“can’t say enough good things about the U-Haul team in Detroit, especially the incredible woman who runs the operations. She went above and beyond to save me from what could’ve been a disaster. I left my car keys in the U-Haul and didn’t realize until I was at the airport with only 20 minutes left before my flight. Mind you, I live in San Francisco, so this was a big deal!

She not only called me to let me know but personally drove all the way to the airport and delivered the keys directly to me. Thanks to her quick thinking and kind heart, I made my flight and avoided a huge headache.
