Absolutely terrible service. Made a reservation for a unit online. Paid my fees. On my move in day i showed up(around 2pm so mid-day) and my app couldnt give me access, it said to go into the office. In the office was just a kiosk on the wall, which did not register to touch so i could not use it. I left a voicemail for the property manager and left my info. Tried the next day to get access(about 730am) left another coicemail for the property manager, and ended up having a 30 minute call with the corporate number. They had to give me a new access code which did work to get into the gate but when i got to my unit it had a lock on it. All the corporate office could do was tell me to leave another voicemail for the property manager. At this point i was just over the situation and asked to be refunded. Was again told this had to go through the property manager, who is not returning any of my communications anyways. I was also directed that i could call the corporate number later when the escalation department was open and they could help me. So i called corporate again (about 1030am) and the woman was very rude and vasically told me she wouldnt send my call to anyone and that they would only give a partial refund and could not give any idea as to if or when that might happen.Edited to add: ten days later, I have STILL not received any refund on this.

Horrible experience with this place. Not sure if it's just this one or the entire company. You can never catch anyone there, and if they lock your door good luck getting access, I have been waiting 5 days for them to remove there lock

Once again, Craig was a big help during my move. He is very knowledgeable, courteous and has a good sense of humor. I appreciate the cleanliness of the Public Storage facilities. I also appreciate that the online pictures are actual on-site photographs of the location and facilities.

I came here very last minute, without a reservation. And the lady working (I can't remember her name, but it started with a K) she was so friendly and helpful. She was able to quickly get me a storage unit that fit my needs. And I was able to move my things in right then. Would definitely recommend.

I have a storage facility here and the place is never open when I get off of work is so inconvenient and they just raised the prices this place is the worst. They need to be open till at least 8:00 on weekdays and weekends. If you're going to raise the prices you're going to have to be open later for the convenience of your customers.

Such a friendly and welcoming place. Tommie is an amazing manager. The only thing that I am bothered by is the price. They are expensive but as long as the service remains the same with excellence and gratitude then we will stay. Thank you Tommie for your amazing service.

Tommie at the front desk was AMAZING!! She not only made the experience easy and quick but she was so kind and very enjoyable to be around!! She had all the information we needed. Tommie needs a raise!!!!
