I needed a minor recall fixed and decided to get my oil changed at the same time. I used Serra's valet service and what a great idea that was! They picked my vehicle up from my office and returned it before the end of the day; road ready and freshly cleaned too! Terrible experience cost me $570 to drive my car 46 miles after getting work done. Came in for leaking thermostat got it back with the thermostat dumping out coolant. Very poor work quality. Don’t waste your time getting your car serviced here

I worked with Nick Frontiera to search the surrounding area for a very specific max tow package F150. He was able to find out a few hours away and do a transfer with the dealer for me to purchase. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Serra Ford for service or future purchases with how good my experience was.
