When purchasing a new home and calling several agencies, Sara Tyranski and her staff were friendly, efficient, took their time to make sure I got every applicable discount as well as understanding every word contained in the policy.

First off, I'm a senior and was literally being ripped off by her office. I kept saying, why are you charging me so much. Here's the scam: They tell you of all the bad things that could happen to you, scare tactics, and then say see that's why you need the extra insurance coverage. I found another company that I pay a heck of a lot less, now. Her staff steals money out of my account through automatic payment from my bank, full knowing that my house insurance is paid by my mortgage and has been, The only way I knew, was I received a bounce notice from my bank from them withdrawing from my account and not telling me. When I emailed them, they realized it, did not reimburse me for the bounce fees Then told me it would be paid back on THEIR next billing cycle. Wait, you stole from me and I have to wait causing more bounces. Now I have them blocked from withdrawing.Then to top it off, they actually SENT me 2 bills saying that I owed. Wait, they scare tactic me into paying almost 3 times what I'm paying now for years, took money out of my account, causing bounce fees because i had automatic pay withdrawal from my account. Yet, I OWE THEM MOENY. Do not use them. I will never use Allstate again. Then they sent me to a collection company for the 2 small amounts, making me out to be the bad guy. WOW the nerve.

I spoke with Cornel in December to make a payment. After making the payment, we updated my bank account information to continue with autopay, but I found out yesterday that Allstate was trying to pull the payment from an old account (not the account that Cornel and I updated to), and the payments were being returned. My auto policy was terminated as a result, and Allstate held me accountable for their error, and tried to re-quote me at a ridiculous price! I just got off the phone with them, and they're attempting to pull my condo payment from the same old account, which means Cornel made a serious error while we were on the phone in December. They're not taking responsibility, and that's an issue for me.

I was told there is a 20 day grace period for payments and one day after my due date they cancel insurance. They over charge for insurance and the people they hire are very rude. DO NOT GET INSURANCE FROM THIS AGENCY

I have been with Sara as my Agent for many years now and I always get great service, all questions answered timely and she is always willing to discuss all my options with holding my priorities as what is most important. I feel my pricing is very competitive and am happy with my coverage.

No loyalty, Cornell is rude and demeaning. Refuses to mail out my insurance cards, instead suggests I come in and pick them up or print them out. Even Sara refused to mail them out, suggests the same. REALLY? I am a mother of four and I work 2 jobs, at this time that is an inconvenience while my printer is down. I have only been with this company since I bought my house in Westland but will be looking elsewhere. If a company refuses to even mail out my insurance cards twice a year... I can't possibly trust they can give me the best discount on my home and auto insurance.
