Everytime I have ordered food here, the wait was very short and the employees were so nice. I thought i ordered a regular baja blast on my mobile order, but i accidentally ordered a freeze. I told the employee he gave me the wrong drink (i was the one who was wrong) but instead of being annoyed he offered to get me the drink i originally wanted and kept pushing it. I didn’t take him up on the offer because it was my mistake, but he was so helpful and nice for offering!! (the freeze was really good too so no regrets)

Every single item was wrong. Im certainly glad I’m not allergic to beef otherwise I’d die 80% of the time I get food here. Pay your employees a livable damn wage so you can afford people who can actually read. Absolutely ridiculous that your prices are this high and I almost always get items I didn’t ask for and cannot eat and go straight in the garbage. Do better.

Went to the drive-through, I spent $35.00. I ordered 12 hard shell tacos , a burrito supreme, and a beef burrito. When I got home, ALL THE TACOS WERE STUCK TO THE PAPER. THEY ALL BROKE TRYING TO PEEL THEM FROM THE PAPER. THE BEEF BURRITO WAS NOT JUST BEEF. IT WAS SPICY AND HAD CHIPS AND RICE WITH CHEESE IN IT. NOT EVEN CLOSE TO WHAT I ORDERED. THE MEAT TASTED DIFFERENT. Everyone at the house agreed.Wont be going back any time soon. What a shame, used to be my favorite.

I tried to treat my son and myself to dinner on 1-7-24 at the North Wayne Rd MI location. He had a paper gift card (it was a Christmas gift) and the cashier claimed it couldn’t be used so, a mgr was called. She said the same thing neither one even tried to manually enter the card number. Then, when my son gets back the food was wrong, cold, and nasty. I called to inform them and seriously had the employee give me an attitude and wanted a receipt (even though she clearly remembered the order even repeated it entirely!!) well, this place tells you the receipts in the bag THE RECEIPTS NEVER IN THE BAG!!!! Who is this employee who felt it was acceptable to argue with a customer and have an attitude the entire time?? My money pays their wages so does all of the customer's as a matter of fact. I will not be back to this establishment again.

Really nice guy at the drive-through walked me through the best way to use the Taco Bell app to count calories. I ordered something from the calorie counting app I have and they don’t make it anymore. He was really nice and helpful.
