Writing this review, I’m not sure where to begin. If you’re looking somewhere to enjoy your stay, then The landings Apartments is the right place to be. I lived here for seven years. My daughter grew up here and we celebrated every birthday since she was born. After seven years, I thought I was ready for a bigger space, and decided to leave and move to a bigger house. Less than a year later, I became unhappy in the other house and decided to come back to the Landings Apartment. It never even crossed my mind to look at any other places because this is the place me and my daughter called home and felt the most comfortable in for so long and felt like we belonged to. I reached out to Aron the assistant property manager, and also spoke to Tom the property manager who I call ( the boss :) ). I told them that I would like to come back, and I want to thank them so much for the wonderful service and patronage. Also a huge thank you to the +staff for being so helpful, nice and understanding towards me. And to the maintenance guys that don’t joke when you need them are always there for you with one call away 24/7 . Over the past years I captured not just beautiful memories with my daughter, but we also captured pictures of those stunning views that make you forget about all the stress outside.

Pretty Nice place. It's Apartment Living. But not a bad place. Rent is fairly reasonable although still very high but with economic inflation that's to be expected. Maintenance is NOT efficient as I would like, but if you encourage them thru strict negotiation they will respond to you. Over all I would give the apartment complex at 3.5 out 5 rating.

Going on a year with no new bathtub I was supposed to have installed and not happy about the raise in rent every year. I will surely have to move out next year. I’m sure you all lose a lot of tenants because they can’t afford the rent. Maybe look into this.

I have lived here 10+ years.There was a point of time when maintenance was an urgency. NOT ANYMORE. The apartment switch over to keyless entry...which was cool at 1st. But after a while, the batteries would die and I would be locked out numerous times. It was to the point where it was an every week to 2 week occurrence. I emailed resident manager as well as director of property....NO RESPONSE!It took me calling the leasing office and putting in a work order to get the door lock replaced.Like I said I have been here for a few years and have asked for a few upgrades to my apartment.Only thing new is the refrigerator. I was told numerous times that I will be getting a new stove....Never Received It! I was told that I will be getting new flooring in the kitchen and the bathroom....NEVER RECEIVED NETHIER! I asked for a carpet cleaning....NOTHING! The carpet actually needs to be replaced but they don't wanna do that until if I move out. SMHMy inside of my patio is terrible to look at. Due to water damage from the apartment about that happened a few years ago. And all what maintenance did was come and poke holes in the drywall. No sanding nor replacement of the drywall. So the inside of the patio is water damaged brown. Just ugly!I need upgrades all around my apartment. BUT MY REQUESTS GO UNANSWERED. SMH

I have lived here 10 years and absolutely love it here! The property upgrades are always nice, the pool is so clean & hands down the largest in the area (lifeguard always on duty), and the people (both staff and residents) are all so nice and friendly. I have especially been impressed with the assistant property manager Aaron, who has been so helpful with any minor issues I have had (because there have never been any major issues). Also, the maintence team is so quick to take care of any concerns I have in a timely manner. And if you like nature, I have personally logged over 40 different species of birds, besides the turtles, squirrels, and yes, even a few different families of DEER! Josh handles ANY maintence issues I’ve had immediately & with the best attitudes, though there aren’t many.

Had a pleasant worker get maintenance done. Respected my request on calling before entering my apartment. Was friendly, respectful, and quick. Also, he left an informative note at the door on what workorder was completed and what parts were needed to complete it. Got the job done in no time. Thank you!

They flaunt how they do such great inspections before hand.. battery on door lock was dead, thermostats batteries were dead, smoke alarm batteries were dead.. my kitchen sink cabinets flooded.. reaked of cigarette smoke when i move in.. oh but your rent better be on time but we're gunna half a** getting your apartment ready. Don't move here please, they're liars. Also, don't deal with Aaron he will ignore you for days, not return phone calls and just suck at his job honestly. Save yourself the trouble.

So far so good…. No bugs. Everything works fine. Enough parking spaces, people clean up after their pets, air works, heat works, nice view of the lake, no one is too loud and no loud music in the parking lot. I am a happy camper!Donna in the office made this experience great!

So I recently had a tour and I honestly had the best apartment presentation and tour that put me at ease. The lady was very professional and was able to answer my questions before I could ask them which was very nice. Although it wasn't the right place for me and my needs, Ms. Faith allowed me to make my own informed decision so I commend the company for having such employees! A very relaxed environment to work or live from what I could tell.

If I could give this place no stars I definitely would! I don’t even stay on the property I went today for a viewing and things like that. First red flag, I had to greet them first! Everyone acted like they didn’t see or hear us. Second red flag, our appt was at 1pm but the lady made us wait in the lobby until 1pm because we arrived a little earlier. When we stood up to get the tour she literally said no sit long breath or whatever she said. It was in a rude manner. When she was describing the place to us she was just rude and too sassy. It didn’t give me a home feeling AT ALL! I would have just left and went about my business but they had our ID so we couldn’t leave. She asked us what apartment we were looking to move into we told her a 2bd just for her to grab a 1bd key knew she did and didn’t even have the decency to go back and grab the right one. When we asked her about the 2bd she just kept saying oh it’s the same as this one just an extra room…. So what was the point of you asking us what apartment we were looking to view if you was just going to show us what you wanted to show us. She was just extremely lazy, extremely rude. Not a hospitable bone in her body until literally we got back to the office then she wanted to start acting like she knew a little bit of customer service. Just that fast a rude office lady WHO DEAL WITH NEW CLIENTS! Is the reason I will never reside at the landing apartments. It was the lady with the orange locs! Shame on you! Not to mention she was basically speeding through the apartment complex! It was just red flags from the moment we walked through the door I can only imagine what they actual tenants go through.

The living environment and the view from our apartment are truly wonderful. However, we've been facing a frustrating issue with the leasing office's lack of responsiveness regarding a maintenance request.Six weeks ago, we submitted a maintenance request to repair our dishwasher. A technician came to assess the issue and assured us that a replacement dishwasher would be installed. However, three weeks passed with no updates or follow-up from the leasing office.Concerned about the lack of progress, we visited the leasing office to inquire about the status of our request. To our surprise, we discovered that they had not even placed an order for the new dishwasher until our visit, three weeks after the initial assessment.It has now been an additional three weeks since our last visit, and we have yet to receive any updates or see any action taken on our request. This situation is incredibly disappointing, as it appears that our maintenance request is not being taken seriously by the leasing office.
