I got a phone and they told me I could unlock my carrier within 6 months. When the six months was up I was ready to switch carriers. Boost told me I needed to wait twelve months. These guys need to get their facts right or they lied to me. Not happy.

Purchased xfinity prepaid internet that I realized I couldn’t use because it comes with cable cord unlike other phone networks’ WiFi plans. Requested a refund and equipment was not used or touched an hour after buying the item. Guy told me they would not refund me so I spent $95 for nothing. What a joke.ALSO, false advertising. They say that the xfinity WiFi is $45 on the door but try to charge me $125 for the equipment, activation fee AND service?
