The old lady who did my nails was nice and cute. Simple gel nails were done under 30 minutes. The place is not very clean. I’m not sure if the nail clipper has been clean and the nail file is reused and definitely not clean.
The old man was vaping inside and the staff just talked all over you. Feels unprofessional.

Susie did my nails for my engagement last week. I came back today for a new set for vacation. She did the most amazing job! matched the colors to the picture I showed her perfectly. If you go, don’t forget to bring cash to tip. They all do an amazing job!

This place is FANTASTIC!!!! Truly a gem within Westland!!! From the owners to the patron everone is soo kind! I love coming here and have for years! Especially with my 79 year old Mumma❤️❤️❤️❤️

**UPDATE**!! TIC TAC has gotten SO much better since I initially wrote my review. Suzie takes great care of all my needs I come in for and they're much cleaner and much more customer service centered than ever before. Only thing I would love to see change, is how they reuse the pedicure tools customer after customer same for the nail tools that are for cutting skin ect. Those should be either disposable or in barbicide or an autoclave after each use.. That is my only issue with most nail salons nowadays. Thanks Suzie keep up the good work honey bee!
Meh....I won't even bother writing a long and drawn out rant type of review. I just won't return here to this establishment for my nail service again.

Susie is a very talented nail technician! She has been doing my nails for years. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. She knows exactly how I like my nails done every time. They last until I need them filled in, I never have any problems! Always a great experience!

Location had prices for a waxing service I needed listed at $20. When checking out she said my total was $30. I was confused since there is a price list listed right in front of me. She takes the price list down & says “Oh I need to change this” it’s $30.
Just weird to take advantage of customers.
Edit: The owner & I had a whole conversation while in the back, there was plenty of time for her to inform me of any price changes.

THIS IS THE ONLY NAIL SALON I WILL EVER ALLOW TO DO MY NAILS! The staff is friendly and pays attention to detail. No wait time unless I walk in without an appt, but the staff is always personable and makes you feel like family. I've never waited longer than 10 minutes. I travel to this salon several miles because of the quality and atmosphere. AAA+ pedicure each time and this salon takes the health of their clients very seriously, along with the satisfaction by providing excellent and beautiful work! Dr.K MD

A woman came in and the nail technician explained and calmly showed her the sign and explained it to her. She was very accommodating, telling her what she COULD do to help her. The woman said “thank you, I understand” then proceeded to leave a terrible review that I just happened to be posting my rating. I got an amazing pedicure from a patient and kind technician and I was also here yesterday to get my eyebrows done. I’m happy to have a great nail salon close to my house!
